Drive by.. maybe! Hopefully it will be slow at work since it's labor day.

Welcome Shade! Chelle has a knack for welcoming newbies into the fold. . I instantly fell in love with her and her crazy, spicy posts.

Steve.. congrats on your new acquisition. . I recently read that your vision will rival an eagle, and your wicks will last a year. I sometimes hold my boyfriend's prothingy so i can eavesdrop on the neighbors because it's also rumored you can hear better when you hold it a cerain way. No luck yet but i remain hopeful.

Hottie i love that owl!

Nice face lift Eddard. ;)

Fab i can't wait to see pics of Fergus!

Becky.. that's hilarious about the landlady.. glad you'll soon have a break and here's to no violent acts against family members :toast:
When i was 10 i poured a gallon of milk on my sister. It was fat free soooo i didn't feel too bad..

 Those Owls don't like anyone getting close to their young, or maybe they just don't like joggers.

Many years ago I lived in a very rural area and we had a security light over the door by where we parked. One night I was walking up the sidewalk toward the door when this huge bird shadow appeared on the sidewalk right in front of me, wingspan on the shadow must have been 10 feet, at the same time the shadow appeared I heard the most god awful screech over my head. I instinctively ducked, when I got inside I told my girlfriend at the time I was almost attached by a Pterodactyl, she laughed and said it was a screech Owl. I still have my doubts to this day.

Really funny how shadows can appear so much bigger than whatever is casting them. We had an Owl that used to sit on an utility pole at the end of driveway, never realized it was a killer owl, don't mess with Owls.

Sky, not sure the Provari has any magical power, but rumors abound about its ability to turn mere mortals into gods.

That looks like a print!
is that good? LOL

That's
A little further west, I was at the "other" San Vicente by La Cienega, but I worked at Volkswagen Santa Monica so I know your area well too. I just registered for the convention (it's free if you register online). Maybe we could get all the local "Ranters" together, Hottie?
there are a few others as well...punkndrublic is in westminster (sp?)
are you planning on going to ECC bunny?
did you know about/make it to the OC meet this past saturday?
(i work most saturdays so most meets are off the table for me *sniff*)
i think miss becks will be at vapefest in vegas that weekend...unless things have changed.

1. hottie, I LOVE that owl! How was that $3:ohmy:?! Total score:2cool:.

2. hottie, are you still planning on Vegas? Princess?

3. ETA - Aha! I thought that was Aglet's pooch, as well (honest I did! Too sad just to claim as much:laugh:), but I didn't wanna blow your incognito. I'd wondered about the shoelace moniker, but I've already mentioned that I've been pretty badly bitten for asking before:unsure:...

1. Big Lots! 75% of summer/garden decor. I also got a cute little cannister thing that has cutouts of flowers, bees, and "Dream" on it for $1.50

2. i kind of gave up the idea of vegas with ECC being the same weekend and being "hottie solo". (i can get into a lot of trouble unsupervised...vegas is an automatic multiplier by 1000)
i had some grand fantasy of going to both but anaheim is enough of a trek...and potential trouble LOL

3. i remember Aglet and the perpa derg too!

i think i will probably attempt my first AGA-T2 wrap today.....

Up in Denver on St Paddy's day there is a radio station and bar that do this wonderful little thing called Kegs and Eggs. It is pretty much a good excuse to listen to great music and drink all day long. Well 2 years ago I was going to go with a friend of mine who backed out the night before. So rather than go by myself, I cranked the radio at my house and partied right along with them. At about 10:00 AM I looked up and saw a Pterodactyl looking creature fly over head. All the little hairs on my arms and the back of my neck were standing on end. Turns out is was a giant crane flying, and it was at an odd angle when I spied it. I blame the beer and Jager :) :) :) Although I still giggle a little every time I see a crane now. :toast:

is that good? LOL

Yeah it is. It's cool how the exposure came out evenly and the textures complement each other. I like how the sky turned bluish as well. Can't you imagine this is someone's kitchen?

InTheShade (can I call you Shade?)

I've never really thought about it, but yes of course. Whatever works - or ITS. Shade sounds cool though, and as you said, I would have my own smilie. My life just may be complete now... so yes, Shade is good.

So, I went though a Andes chocolate mint phase, and I know a lot about that flavor of nectar. Both to you and to Princess P - any interest in a chocolate mint vape? You can ask for extra flavor in the comments with Grasshopper from Mom & Pop's Vapor shop and HHV's Blade, and they are both very Junior Minty (not quite Andes).

I tried Shennanigans from MBV recently which is a chocolate mint - didn't like it at all. In fact I seem to have lost my taste for chocolate vapes altogether. Belgian Cocoa used to be one of my favorites, but now I can't even smell it without feeling quite ill.
However, I do like Andes mints so the Grasshopper and Blade will go in my Excel juice spreadsheet. Thanks for the tips.

Interesting fact #1 - due to some combination of weather and altitude, there are no fleas in Northern Nevada.

Interesting Fact #2 - Fleas pop. When I lived in L.A. I would flea comb my cats on the porch, but it was always a race to squish the fleas because they are fast and have a hard shell. One day, for no particular reason, after running the comb through my cat's fur I passed it over a candle. I have no idea why I had a candle on the porch. Anyway, the fur ignited briefly, as to be expected, but the fleas popped like popcorn! After that, combing the cats was no longer a chore, it was playtime!
