I have it on in the background, use the time to mix, clean, rewick, rebuild, and if I were to hear my name, may or may not respond depending on what the prize is. It seems that you are the third person on this thread who has not received a prize that they have won.

I believe hottie has not yet recieved her Fancee juice either, and InTheShade never got her epipe from Exhale. I suppose it would get shut down, but a thread on who has and has not received their prizes and from what vendors would really give these vendors a reason to hold up their end of the bargain.

Vendors not sending out the prizes does not reflect good on them, I consider that a scam of sorts, I would hesitate to order from a vendor if I knew they don't live up to their commitments.

At this point I really don't care about the prize, but not answering emails or FB posts makes me feel like he thinks I'm trying to scam him or something. I'll prolly try one more time, but if the results are the same, I'll never do business or recommend his products. I wont bad mouth him either. Just not that kinda person.... unless I'm stolen from. Then I hunt em down. LOL!

I am having a night of insomnia....left poor Slipper sleeping in the bed and where did I come to?! I just have been either so busy taking care of business or resting and recovering while marathon watching 6 seasons of Doctor Who with Lord Pancake

My stuff finally arrived from uhaul on Friday. 2 boxes unpacked so far...it's progress.

Slipper and I are recovering from some sort of 24 hour virus or something, otherwise we're doing great and are so happy together. He watched "The Notebook" with me and totally got the movie, I fell in love with him all over again for that.

Our love is a lot like theirs we decided, except we were never torn apart by our parents for 7 years

Good thing we have kosher dills in the fridge! I'm off to cure that pickle craving and refill my protank 2 with some HHV's Pirate's Booty! Happy vapes to you, until we meet again

Just the thought of this movie makes me cry, albeit for a different reason than most of you, no doubt. Add to that it stars Ryan Gosling. Ugh. Ryan Gosling + Nicholas Sparks = Tears of shame for Humanity.

True, I am going through a "not particularly romantic" phase, but I hated this movie and author when I had a live-in girlfriend. When I was forced to watch it, it was just as I feared it might be.

Later on, I went so far as to take one of my dates to a Barnes & Noble for our first date (she is a bit of a bookworm) and we left notes in books for the future owners of said books. The girl thought it was one of the greatest date ideas she had ever heard of. Who am I to argue? The note I left in this book was somewhat condescending, I think I recommended they go find something by several other authors...but, what can I do? I am what I am, and drastic changes in me at this juncture are pretty darn unlikely. But looking back on it, I do realize a few things now.

Books are like e-liquids, all a matter of taste and completely a "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" kind of deal. I will try to remember that next time I go on a book-note-leaving adventure...and at least try to find only books I can leave positive feedback in before writing them.

When I finally got an answer I was told the owner of Exhale was having some personal issues (a death in the family) so then I felt a complete d-bag worrying about a $36 epipe and told them to forget it. Every time I contacted them I felt I was annoying them and got the impression they thought I was a freeloader or something. No friendliness, no congratulations, no sorry, not much of anything. Suffice to say, I simply won't give my business to Exhale now. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

I considered (briefly) putting a negative supplier review - but like you said, it would be probably get deleted. I am conflicted, I won it so I should receive it, but then I don't want to be 'one of those people'.

I say I don't care, but the fact that I am writing about probably means I do - but I don't want to come across as a whiny entitled d-bag.

NO, they said they were making it a prize (presumably through a third party), so they made their commitment. You are simply expecting them to deliver on their promise. Not entitled, nor a d-bag. I would notify whomever you won the contest through (if it is a third party) and let them know that the vendor did not deliver on their promise. It is possible the vendor got promotional value out of the deal that should not be honored, either. I think it sucks, and you should not have had to ask at all, let alone make repeated inquiries.

I would call them and ask them why the owner's personal issues are becoming your issues. I would also tell them, "well if he handles his personal commitments like I have seen him handle his business commitments, I would expect him to continue to have troubles."

There is nothing wrong with your expectation!
