Hello Kitty :D Who is this "baditude" you speak of? I was wanting to kiss the cute frog on the tank to clarify
but...hey...google is a friend of mine, I guess I will go research this baditude for myself *eh hem*

You're joking, right? You have no knowledge of the great Baditude-sensei who has been the inspiration for so many? I am but one of his minion.

Do you really want to see? I get so used to associating people with their avatar image I get disoriented when I see a picture of them in real life.

No, actually, I don't. I'm like you--all I need is the avatar. I know how most of my ECF BFFs look in RW, but that's different, somehow. I can't explain it.

No kidding Kitty! well, he must be awesome....this baditude. All I could find on bing were a bunch of pictures of ProVari's for some reason....and that cute wittle froggie on the tank :)

You don't have to google, he's just a user on ecf and usually helping folks out in the new members and intermediete level stuff. He wrote up some blogs too, send him a friends request or pm I'm sure stalking him will also help you out with any vaping homework.

Thanks RedHatPat, you seem quite helpful and supporting yourself. To steal that gif, right click and save to computer. Then you can upload to someplace like photobucket, like I did, although I'm sure there's more than one way to do it, hope I helped :)

Edit: I see there's lots of helpful critters around here that beat me to it lol

I'm like that too - I prefer the avatars.

ETA: I associate people with their avatars, but don't consider the image a true (or even close) representation, however the screen names sometimes I do. Which can get awkward. I tend to think the screen name someone chooses means something to them or they are expressing something. Sometimes it's obvious, and other times...oh no...I'm clueless.

I had conversed via PM with RedhatPat a number of times before I realized he was not a woman my age who wears purple...

Good grief. I don't think I've clicked Like so many times in a thread in ages.

As I approach my 1 year milestone, it's been an entertaining read. Just shy of one year joining ECF, just shy of one year quitting cigarettes.

I went back and looked at my first posts on here. I joined ECF 3 days before I bought my first kit. I didn't post anything for 12 days after that.

2 threads as a new user. 32 posts total in each. "Provari" shows up 7 times total. Mostly in quotes or a .sig.

It's been an interesting year for sure. Heh, and a lucky one I won't lie. I have a VV-350, Lavatube (Apollo's VTube), and Smok's ZMax v2 all from contest wins.

I've owned 2 eGo-C batteries from my first kit, and 4 Twists (One from a contest).

All but one 650mah black Twist have been PIFed or died.

I bought a MVP back in Feb and it has been my goto device since. I walk out the door every day with it and then a small pouch with my ZMax and last remaining twist as a backup.

Back around December I said to myself "Maybe a Provari as a Christmas present." I went on a cruise and bought a bunch of cool stuff instead.

I approach my dual 1 year anniversary and thought "Maybe a Provari as a reward." I'm going to VapeStock instead.

Now to the meat of something that bugs me. "Buying XXX right now will cost you less than paying YYY for cigarettes after ZZZ time." Yes, that math is true. But not everyone has that money sitting to spend. XXX costs 3 or 4 times as much as you spend in ZZZ time, up front.

There was no way I could have afforded a Provari the day I decided to buy a starter kit. Wouldn't and couldn't happen. I couldn't have afforded it after 2 weeks of not buying cigarettes. 2 weeks after quitting, I felt lucky I could afford 80 bucks or so to buy an eGo-C kit locally.

I work hard for what I make, and where that money goes has to be calculated carefully. Could I have afforded a Provari back in December as a gift to myself? I could have. Did I enjoy my cruise vacation more, while using the devices I already owned? You better believe it. Can I afford one now? Probably. Will I have more fun spending the money elsewhere as I plan my activities for VapeStock? For sure. Going over early for that and my group I'm going with are planning to rent a boat for the morning on Friday.

As mentioned earlier, for fun I found my 2 first threads:

And, here's how I feel right meow.

Honestly, I've been here for over three years--I have never started a thread to announce to the world that I had bought something. I may have told my friends in one of my favorite chat threads, but that's it.

Yeah, but you started a Humungus, Massive, Million-Year thread that kept thousands of enthralled vapers carefully ripping their cartos apart and gleefully photographing ooky varieties of frightening immolation from many divers angles, and made it seem like fun. :) :) :) :)

This thread started out so grouchy that I jumped to the end here and now everyone's all happy and nice and going on about frogs. And here's darling KATYA, who probably has something to do with that, so I get to wave cheerily as I drive by.
