ok..since it is an online purchase...some things you need to know...there is a plastic thinger on the sprayer for transport (had a client that was like "my sprayer is broken!!!!!" so i asked if she took the safety off...she hadn't LOL)
it separates so you have to shake it every time you use it so that it is a solid color....this is by design...to change the ingredients to stay mixed would have changed the efficacy...that should be it
