ok I knew it had to happen at some point. I am having one absolutely craptaculare vaping day
Tried to setup one my DCTs with the caramel juice. Punched the carto got it set up and primed. vaped nice for a few minutes then BAM dry hits. YUCK
SO pulled it all apart tried to repunch the carto to make the holes bigger. Now the ring of my punch is STUCK on the cartos so bad the hubby is playing hell getting it off using vise grip plyers.
SO pick up the vamo with the vivi nova tank and dangit now I am getting almost no vapor from that and a REALLY tight draw. SO it looks like I have to take that apart and clean/dry burn the head. Maybe change it.
Right now I am ready to crawl into the lazyboy with a cigalike and pretend the day hasn't happened.

I just found out why I don't do carto tanks. Iken vapes carto section just confused me deeply. With kanger I know what to buy and how to put it together. Also I know what volts to run it at. Carto sections make me feel like a newbie and not at all like the awe I feel at being new to vaping but like cig alike newbie like I'm about to waste a crap ton of money newbie. End rant.

Wait, why, Ferrel? Is what JJOOHHNN's got contagious, and everyone's downsizing to cigalikes now? I said long ago in the "100 (π) Things..." (hey, that looks more like a boxy n that the pi symbol
) thread that they still just haven't come up with a satisfactory cigalike yet (battery life, vapor/flavor potential with stupendous ease of use, etc.), but I don't doubt that better options on that score will be coming down the pike soon; not that it'll make me throw away my current PVs, but I'd be on board once it does. I Love bear jamborees! I accidentally got a huge one going in TB one night at like 2 AM. Bears were flying in from everywhere to dance. We had well over 100 bears! For those that don't know those are all Druids in Bear form! There is an unwritten bear rule if someone /dance a bear we absolutely HAVE to /dance back!
Things are going better. Hubby and I are going to try and find a better carto punch tomorrow. This little crappy one I have is crushing the cartos real bad and horrible on my hands. Hardware store here we come.

it is definitely overwhelming at first glance.
pretty sure you can ignore anything that isn't "510" (801/808)
if you are going to use it in a tank you can pretty much ignore anything that says "NOT punched"
fusion is flanged, platinum is not.
recommended voltage is listed for most...if not...just like a kanger product....you know the resistance and adjust to your liking...which all of this is kind of pointless at the moment since most items are currently OOS

It really is not a cigalike, it is the cigalikes big brother.
I am not letting go of my Provari (plural) I am getting smaller stuff for when the Provari is too big. I will get 5 cigalike batteries for those rare times I want smaller yet but they will not get much use.

Yep we have a list of 3 different such things. One is the QUick Tap QT-1 that PBusardo recommends and then hubby hit amazon and found 3 others that in the reviews vapers like. One had a really large handle (like an outdoor water spiggot) to punch with. That one might be easier on days when the hands are not up to snuff and hubby isn't home to do it for me.
TY ty for the suggestion one like that is going on the list too. I have to do something. Carto tanks are fast becoming my preferred vape. But wasting 5 cartos to get one good one punched really set off my grouchies.
