:: tumble weeds blow by::

Ps storms broke down for now. Still large areas with out power 415k people lost power since Friday morning.

On earth so far away.

:tumble:

Lonely here in Oz sometimes. Glinda doesn't come by any more, and it's sleepy time in the US.

Just as well... I have so many jobs to do before we leave/can put the house on the market. Mrs F wants me to make a list to which my reply is "Will it help me get them done any faster?"

Glad the storms have blown out Ferrel, stay safe.

In a couple of weeks we will be moving closer to storm central. Earlier this year they had floods and last year they had cyclones. Supposedly both were "one in a hundred years" events. I see something wrong with this picture...

Currently I've got the Cobra clone on the GG for yard work. Wrapped a 2.7 ohm coil because I don't like burnt juice on a mechanical. Have to hold the button down and blow vapour out my nose for a few seconds, then it kicks in with clouds o' vapour and flavour.

I just put dinner on - Thai braised shin beef. It needs to simmer and reduce for about three hours but it's smelling great - one of the recipes I got from my recent Thai cooking school. I threw in a couple of extra chillies - Don't tell Mrs F!

If anyone is feeling rich, Hoosier Vapes has Evolution/Bella tanks in stock. It doesn't happen very often.

They look really nice. If I was into carto tanks I'd be considering a purple one. Sadly cart tanks haven't done it for me so far, but I'll keep trying occasionally. I just can't seem to find the right manufacturer/coil resistance and they finish up tasting like a wet sock.

I'll have to try some lower resistance single coils. What could possibly go wrong? :D

WAAAAAAR!

Now I do admit that judging from what I have heard the Pro is worth the money, but it is far from the only thing out there. I will buy a Vamo first then in a few moths buy a Pro, but I would agree that it is a lot of money for features that most new vapers might not need or understand. K.I.S.S. my friends. Let people get used to vaping basics before we start tossing Ohms, volts, watts and so forth at them.

I'm not saying new vapers are simple, but cigarettes are. If you try and replace something that's light and go with something that's as complex as vaping can become once we've settled in you're going to scare people off. Let them settle, get curious about the more complex stuff on their own, then brainwash them into a Provari.

Words of wisdom, my friend, words of wisdom. I'm still clinging to my 401, 901 with refillable cartomizers, and my trusty Janty Stick circa 2009 and you'll have to pry them all from my greedy hands. I dont' need to be a dragon fogging up the room, I just want a cheap, plug and play nicotine delivery system that won't make me cry if I lose it (well, I will cry if I lose my Janty - little sucker is like the energizer bunny). Happy Vaping!

WAY WAY TOO LONG on the school thing. All told 14 years but I was also working at the same time for much of it and not full time student. I gave up on the PhD when my dissertation committee kept messing me around to the point that my early classes towards the PhD no longer counted and I was going to have to start retaking courses I had already taken. At that point I was like enough is enough!

Moved back home to the south and dusted the snow of Iowa off my boots :)

You know, I just realized the irony that I have a political title, a royal title, a secret society reference, and a pitch for anarchy all in my signature.

I am a walking contradiction. Err, well, more of a posting contradiction. Still, you see what I mean.

Which one is the political title?

Big let down. :(
We need a 27th and 28th (have to have an even #).
27 can be the "tz" sound!
28 should be something else....like....a tongue click or some such nonsense. They have languages that have that. Then we can incorporate their words for stuff into written English. Or maybe that umlaut thingy the Germans are so fond of...a modifier for other letters. Or one of those ultrasonic sounds that the kids love for ringtones that adults can't hear. Anyway...something cool and different.

Can we make it the "u" sound that the Japanese end words with cause they don't end words like Engrish speaking people do? Like when they say, "Grass-u"?
