I took it to mean a drip tip in the shape of a snowman's stovepipe hat.
Probably wouldn't be hard to make one using that bakable sculpy clay stuff. Id probably do it as a slide on cover for an actual drip tip.

Yeah, he is in good shape. He has plenty of time to work out since he is living with his mother, and is untroubled by rent, bills, utilities, (a job?). Nothing better than that in a 28 year old male! But I guess that is how they do it these days. He was also quite rude to his mother. I agree he knows, "when you wanna go out, you've got to take her out"
