Thanks to a tip from JonahNM, I believe I've solved my leak problem.
It occured to me that every time mine started to leak it was AFTER filling the tank. Talking with Jonah he suggested I remove the mouthpiece before putting the lid on. Sounded like it could be a solution so I tested it 8 times....4 w/o removing the mouthpiece and 4 removing it.
It didn't leak any of the 4 times I removed the mouthpiece and leaked 3 out of 4 when I left it on.
Something is going on with the seal and air pressure. By taking off the mouthpiece and o-ring, the air pressure "balances" and no juice is forced/allowed down the center tube. That's all I can figure at this point. It works; why it works would be interesting to know.....but I care more that it DOES WORK. lol

I noticed this same issue I also find my cone comes off if I don't take the mouthpiece off before refilling.
I'll try this, thank you - as despite doing everything to the letter that everyone has mentioned . . . I'm still getting leaks, so have been using my Iatty more as a dripping one, to try and minimise

i don't remove the mouthpiece completly, because than there is a chance for the o-ring to get off. I just loosen the mouthpiece a bit, approx. half of 1 turn before opening the lid for refill. After closing the cap i tighten the mouthpiece again.
This has the same effect but you dont have to hassle with the o-ring/mouthpiece flying around.
Ok, so I just got home from working a 12hr overnight shift an hour ago and decided to give it another go. I tightened all the delrin pieces as much as I could, filled the tank, and voila! no leaks. I used the nextel wick also. So problem solved, it was the mouthpiece o-ring 
I have had random leaks but I have chalked it up to improper assembly, leaving it in the truck this summer (8-o), and forgetting to vaseline......but I am going to double-check my re-assemblies now that I have some more tips to work with -- thanks, family!!!;thumb:
Ok, it just decided to leak like crazy on me. I was vaping it and just all of a sudden leaked, a lot. I wasted about 15ml of juice trying to figure this out. At least I have one that works good =/
I have three pieces im testing right now. 2 of them dont have leaks anywhere. I watched the videos and followed them to a tee. The leaks for the bottom can be solved by easing the pressure from screwing in the top cap. But for the life of me i cant find a way to solve this little condensation on the topcap. Its very very tiny but this one iatty small leak has me stumped. I leave my iatties on their side when this happens. =)
Maybe it happens when you unscrew/screw top cap for getting more juice. I notice same thing on my UFS top cap.
Everything is tight and dry until I start to messin with top cap to get more juice in atty. After that I get small leaks around it, not much but it is there...
Now when I close my iatty/UFS I Don't mess with top cap until refill, and than I just clean and vaseline the threads on it and voila no leaks whatsoever
I don't use Vaseline, but I don't think it is necessary. I have 2 iattys and one of them works great, and the other works great until it gets ......... I doubt it's an assembly issue as I have another one that works just fine. I'm hoping Bruce gets extra delrin pieces soon as I'm pretty sure there is something up with them.

Is this between the mouth piece and the top cap? I have that too. It's very slight though. I'm thinking of trying a little teflon tape on the threads.
DO NOT USE Teflon Plumbers Tape. E-Juice WILL dissolve it over time. Is that something you want to put into your lungs.
is it really going to dissolve if its between the threads.. 
? if it's between the threads of the lower and upper plastic for example..?

I used some between the lower metal piece of the UFS and the Clear Plastic. After 2 tanks, the teflon tape was no longer there. I have not used it since.

Thanks Zor. I'll have to check that issue since I have a problem tightening that upper plastic and was thinkin of putting some teflon tape there... 
Take into consideration that it could have also been the juice, Orange Cream 36mg
I'm ordering a pair of new delrin pieces from COV, if Bruce carried one more piece you could by the iatty in separate pieces. Hopefully this solves my issues.
