Just for a visual reference, this is how my o ring fits on the mouthpiece. Everything is working fine, even with just the one o ring on the ceramic cup. As long as all the areas that need to be sealed are sealed, the iAtty should not leak.

its not that I am not generous, its because I havent thought of that geof. I think you know if I am generous buddy.
Its a nice idea and I will do it for sure
I'm pretty sure you got the wrong size o rings as you should have a very small one that goes on the ceramic followed by a fat one this will sit just nice in the plastic top without having to force anythingHI UK,
The two on the left are exactly the same. I put one of them on the ceramic post along with the one on the right. And then i put the other one from the left group on the mouthpiece. I was able to get the ceramic in the delrin, but it's pretty loose.
Finally got a coil on there and just gave it a vape and...............Juice in my mouth,,,,yuck.
I sooo want this to work.
I got mine in today. It's all put together and vaping like a champ. Imeo, I must admit I had my doubts about the iAtty, but I still wanted to try it out. I am very glad I did. The vapor has incredible volume and the flavor is very close to my home-made mods and with some tweaking of the control ring on the GGTS it does get amazing flavor.
I got mine from Bruce at COV and I can assure everyone who is asking questions that Bruce sent them out configured correctly. I had no issues putting it together. The 2 o-rings on the ceramic fit into the delrin, but they need to be walked in, they will nit just push straight in withoutnalot of effort. It took me about 30 seconds to fit the ceramic into the delrin.
I lubed the o-rings and the delrin VERY lightly with Vaseline and started them in on one side then used the non-serrated part OD a butter knife to gently walk the oaring the rest of the way in. Then the same procedure with the second one and the o-rings were fitted into the delrin. Then I pushed the whole assembly together with my thumb and index finger.
I have no leaks and everything is working as it should be.
Thank you for making the iAtty. I must give give credit where it is due... this is definitely one of the very best atomizers available today at any price.
To those of you having some problems getting it to go together, keep at it, it is worth the effortI have no doubt that anyone who has theirs working properly will disagree.
So you put the o-rings in the delrin first and then pushed the stem of the ceramic through??
No, I kept the o-rings on the ceramic. I think you will definitely damage the o-rings if you put them in the delrin and then try to push the ceramic through.
Got it....I guess that means you are using the wrong O-ring on the mouthpiece then. Glad you got it working though... I may try your approach.
