Yep, I'm a boilermaker so my work one takes a beating and shows it. I like to have a mint condition one for home and out and about![]()
that's pretty funny because I'd do the exact same thing.

The commonality I see is with the bulli is the ability to change the wire with no solder, your design is admittedly much better since no tools are needed. The commonality with the E2 is as you mentionied, the found slotted ceramic. A very good merging of different methodologies. I definitely thing this is an excellent design you have come up with![]()
Sadly I must admit the Iatty did not interest me until these assembly videos.
What an amazing device, in every way.
Imeo youve truly tapped your creative genius.
I want to shake your hand, and say thanks, and thanks again.
When I say clogged, I mean the coil gets carbonized resulting in a big drop in vaping performance.
I'm not referring to when the coil simply gathers too much juice.
Cartomizers tend to develop a ball of carbonization (a hard black ball of burnt juice) on the coil if dark juice is used. It is very difficult to remove the black carbonization and often results in the disposal of the carto.
Hi Imeo,
I watched the videos for the Iatty earlier and must say, very nice work my friend. I have a repairable atty and have been trying to work out what you would do differently, I failed. Using the cup from a R5 and the way you make the coil is very very clever and a tank as well! In the 18 months since I got my first GG they just keep getting better who knows where GG's will be in another 18 months. I'm looking forward to finding out.

The coil is actually "in between" (submerged in) the juice, but it's locked by that cone-shaped SS part in a way that juice gets in the ceramic bowl only through the wick. The trick is how hard you will tighten that cone part to the plastic one under it - it's kind of a juice control (the tighter - the less juice to the coil) - smart... as far as I got it from imeo's vids
On that site the wire you say you got states it has a resistance of 1.83 ohms per metre. Is that right? I don't understand what you mean by 'no resistance wire.' Is it because the resistance is so small it doesn't matter or am I looking at the wrong wire?
I can't wait to get my hands on a couple of these, brilliant work Imeo![]()

, its exactly the same lee!!!!!
It's been a bit of a slow day so I for fun I drew the iAtty from studying the videos. I hope to get my hands on a real one soon so I can re do it to the correct sizes.

Does the iatty have air flow though the base?
