I think i am having the same problem here

I have 3 o-rings..2 fat ones and one thinner maybe bigger one. The two fatter ones came on the ceramic post from COV. The one thinner one I assumed went on the mouthpiece. But it didnt really seem to have a nice fit there.

The problem is that i can not for the life of me get the ceramic post (with any two) o-rings inside the Delrin piece. It seems absolutely impossible to me. I'm afraid if i force it that i will break the O-ring. Which, by the way...maybe it would be a good idea to give people extra o-rings.

Ok so:

1. Am i supposed to be using the same two o-rings on the post like it says in all the videos? Or is there now a change of heart about that.

2. How in the world am i supposed to get the post with the o-rings in the delrin.

3. I've attached a pic of the o-rings i received.. are those right?

Many thanks for your help.

Same o-rings I got and the same setup.

Just for a visual reference, this is how my o ring fits on the mouthpiece. Everything is working fine, even with just the one o ring on the ceramic cup. As long as all the areas that need to be sealed are sealed, the iAtty should not leak.

This is how mine looks as well. The o-ring fits tightly to the cone tube and there is a little bit of room around it but the hole in the top cap that the cone tube comes up out of is sealed. I use the tube from a bible dry highlighter refill that I had in my desk. It's the right size to push down into the top cap to seat the o-ring on the cone tube. I put the other small fat o-ring first onto the ceramic followed by the thinner o-ring that came loose in the pack.

I can't get both o-rings inside. I got one inside but the other is impossible

I'm not a small weak person and I feel like I'm using a lot of force. If I put anymore force I will break something. Could I use a little vaseline to help it go in? or should I wait for the correct o-rings?

Yep. Ditto

Maybe it helps someone here. I got mine from Krom. And the o-rings were like Imeo told. A very small one, a little bigger one and a little fatter one. I put the fatter one under the mouthpiece...and, because I was afraid to destroy the ceramic I checked my hardware and found the second part to little bigger one in my fog. So I put 2 o-rings of the same size on the ceramic an it works nice

If you do that all the liquid will come out of the Iatty Repent. As for the dripping, I dont know why you have leackage because I can drip 15 drops and I dont have leackage. But maybe its because I vape on the GGTS witch has the collector tank so the liquid goes there and then I vape it again from there without my knowledge. But to say the truth, everytime I open the CT is empty. So I think your problems come only from the bad plastic upper piece.

How will it come out? With the o-ring I used on the top cap, the smaller one, it seals against the cone tube and there is space all around it so the juice washes over the top of the seal (because the mouth piece is off) and into the indention where a bigger o-ring would be seated. But it sounds like some of us received different sizes of o-rings. I do want to use the ones you say are supposed to be in there so I'm going to order some on Monday so I have everything setup as you designed. You're the expert here. :)

I just left one o-ring outside because I could only get one in. Made my first wire at around 1.3ohm lol, it was a little work because I have big hands and they don't do well with very small wire. I tried it on my Provari but was getting errors because of the safety system they have. I put it on my GGTS and I'm vaping clouds and it's hitting great. The taste isn't 100% yet but it's getting better. First time and it's not bad at all, great job Imeo.

Mouthpiece keeps o-ring in place Repent. If you take off the mouthpiece then the o-ring is not secured and its not pressed against cap so it will come out very easy :)

I did the first wire wrong. I thought you said something else in your video and I had to take it all apart. I'm happy it's not that much work. My o-ring isn't sealing the gap under the mouthpiece, is that a problem? I don't think it's big enough. Also the cone top wasn't directly in the middle but I bent it very very softly to make it in the middle. It's working right now and I've only had a little juice in the mouth once. It looks very good on the ssggts and works well without the top cap of the collector tank. The air control is working perfect but I'm hoping it doesn't scratch the bottom of the iAtty when I put it on the GGTS. I know this is only my first time trying everything and I know it will get better every time after this one. I'm happy Imeo.

Just finished my first tank. This is my first GG product and I must say it's pretty impressive. I did have a little trouble getting the ceramic installed but no biggie, just have to make sure the proper orings are installed the next time I take it apart.

I had no leaks whatsoever, no flooding, no dry hits and the tank vaped till it was bone dry, which was nice cause I wasn't sure how to tell when the tank would be getting low. As it turns out there was just a sudden drop in vapor and the tank was completely empty, no need to see the liquid.

So I give a :toast: to Imeo for a job well done and am looking forward to purchasing another IAtty and hopefully a GGTS in the near future. Nice work Imeo.:thumb:
