Good morning Ikenville. I froze all night and then this morning I remembered I opened the window yesterday.

Old stereo equipment, vcr, cardboard boxes, and using the gas can to pour gas on the fires. Police and fire dept were surprised it didn't spread to the house or the neighbor's house...thus the felony charge. A class D is 1-3 years.

Morning Ikenville :)
Over here you only see 6 months in the correction center and then parole and fine for a class C felony. No class D felony here it's called a Gross misdemeanor.
Sentence is:
Every person convicted of a gross misdemeanor defined in Title 9A RCW shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for a maximum term fixed by the court of up to three hundred sixty-four days, or by a fine in an amount fixed by the court of not more than five thousand dollars, or by both such imprisonment and fine.
But I doubt you would get the max unless they were trying to make an example out of you.

I doubt he'd get the max if he wasn't already a violent felon who just got off parole 2 months ago. He also has misdemeanor charges tacked on. He may get a reduced sentence if he pleads guilty. I'm just glad his mama and me don't have to deal with him anymore. I feel bad for the neighbors. State will put a lien against the house since he can't pay any fines.
