I'm ready to get started! I heard reports of 1/2" a rain in ten min, I'm inclined to believe it after watching the first part of this storm.
Just light rain right now, I think the worst is past? I'll be interested to check my rain gauge when it stops.

Yup, the cold air is here, the front has moved in, I'll sleep like a baby once I wind down!

Afternoon, and the smoking starts, not well, but it starts!
Four slabs of ribs and a whole chicken on. I was going to Spatchcock the chicken, but it was frozen, as you'll see, so it went on as is!
If you smoke much, get a rib rack, huge help! I also really like my igrill, as you'll see!

Trying to keep the pit temp down in hopes the chicken will even out, not looking so great right now though! No, I don't post picks while its cooking, "If your looking, your not cooking!" Every time you open the lid you lose temp in the pit and have to recover.
Slowly getting there.
Smells good...now I'm hungry
