That was just an image, not the actual site. Much like when a prototype is first introduced. There are stages of aesthetics that have yet to be fulfilled. Shipping is going to be rough mate. I have 2 real time shipping options for you and several parts of the world but god the postal service raised their prices since we previously offered international shipping. No worries on that! I figured out a way to have all the accounts transferred, but I need to test how you can get back your passwords. I think if one of us hits forgot password, they should receive an email with the option of resetting it. I believe there is an email override to email every customer in the database so we should be good!I wish the faithful could be notified somehow so you wont be sold out.....

Ok guys we're coming along as before. At this time almost every single thing is in place as well as the inventory and a next to Full line of products. The 801 Fusions are lacking a bit but are there. Everything else is completely stocked.
The Only one thing we are waiting on at this point is the web designer to finish integrating the layout. The deadline passed us on the 15th but we're holding out hope. I know timing is everything here with some of you guys running out and for that I'm really sorry, but I know if I rush the designer, things have a chance of being missed or neglected. The down time has the account on the brink, but we're holding out and refusing to release to vendors for you guys. We will get through this together. I have our factories stuffed with our materials waiting on stand by to start producing for another wave of shipments as soon as we make funds back for fluidity.

It wouldn't be out of the range of normal if you did end up in a situation where all customers had to create a new password due to a major e-commerce rewrite. Some times you can't avoid it.

That is an excellent question. It has to be a "covered peril" in the policy and Ive never seen this in a standard commercial policy, but I wonder if there may be an endorsement that could be purchased? I will find out tomorrow if I can remember.

They are doing everything they can. Nobody wants this site up and running more than the owners of IKV.
