Aw shucks I'm flattered
The reasons I suggested the KGO are:
Highly regarded within the vaping community. The KGO is a high end Starter Kit at a very reasonable price.
Long life 1100 mah batteries- approx 9-10 hours before recharge
Easily and cheaply upgradable to add on other parts- Low Resistance Cartomizers, Tanks, etc.
I would imagine this Kit would last you at least 9 months and probably a year.

Drinks lots of water. I drink 2 large glasses in the a.m. and 2 liters per day. The vapor comes from our bodies and the PG and VG “trap” the moisture in our mouth and throat and thus the vapor. After you’re finished with the cartomizers put the rubber caps back on both ends and put in a sealed plastic bag. Later, if you wish, you can buy juice separately and fill your own. I believe once you get used to vaping you’ll feel comfortable enough to do this and if you don’t there’s no pressure and no loss. It takes me about 5 minutes to fill 5 cartomizers- more than enough for a couple of days. Never allow your batteries to charge unattended. There has been the very rare occurrence where the chip in the charger that senses when the battery is charged fails. Extremely rare and even happens with the more expensive $50.00 chargers.

Yes the extra battery can wait. Chinese New Years starts shortly so the plants in China will be closing down temporarily but I'm sure they have some on the way. Actually you might even ask when they expecting Pink...you never know...You could email them and find out when they plan on getting them. At least mailing in the U.S. is cheap. Very glad and surprised we got so far so very quickly. Kudos to you as you actively went to the websites and researched.

Vapoor eyes they are out of extra batteries  I'll check them in a couple days

Edit:
Ya know looking at the title of this thread..."I'm so Confused" should now be "I'm NOT so Confused" :D Have a great evening.

Oh, NOW you want a big batt model! JK

I second what Vapoor is suggesting. The KGO at Hoosier is a great buy, especially with the discount.

Brent_MC is the owner of Hoosierecigsupplies. He should be able to help with anything you might need. You can even call him up if you have any concerns.https://www.hoosierecigsupply.com/contactus.sc

Have you decided where to get your cartos?

This was the only place I could find them for now. It's been a very long day and now 2:30 a.m.

I'd like to add to the drinking water thing. Make sure the cartomizers come with drip tips or buy a couple. They pop onto the end of the cartomizers and you tend to bite the tip so the vapor isn't hitting your lips and teeth as much. Don't underestimate the power of a nice tube of chapstick or whatever you prefer and some moisturizing mouth spray like biotene in the beginning.

KGO is a great choice. While at Hoosier, don't forget to look at the E-Power 14650. Hoosier stocks the E-Power 14650 with the blue LED switch. I love this pv. Big plus for the E-Power 14650: the batteries cost much less. Downside for some: no USB charging, wall charger only with this kit.

If you are totally new to vaping, don't forget to purchase a drip tip. Hoosier stocks them.

Hi Neissie. I DIY ( do it yourself) all my juices from scratch so I can't help you. The problem with pre filled cartos there isn't a lot of choice. I'll try and find some reviews. And I believe, like the other good people here, that eventually you will be be filling your own cartomizers. Next we have to figure out what nicotine level you would need.

Can I ask where do you get your juice from?
