Just got 2 in the mail from FT and next to my real immo v3, it is about 90-95% of the way there. The air holes on the sleeve are slightly smaller than the original and yeah, it's missing that oring. Everything else is identical from what I can tell so far, I haven't built it up yet but I doubt it'd be any different. Complete tear down of the clone is identical too, placement of the screw holes, size of the ceramic, and even the logo :/

I bought 2 and while the first was perfect the 2nd one reeks of drunk cnc machine because the outer groove on the deck is uneven.

Anybody know how to cool down the vape? I'm doing a double 3mm silica with 4 wraps .8 flat kanthal .9 ohms. Too hot. Think I'll got to 5 wraps? Dana

Another thing that will help is a longer trip tip. Another wrap or two will probably solve it for you though. I try to stay up around 1.4 ohms on my 804s.

what does the ceramic that comes with it look like, does it a have 2 holes or one oval slot? you can get replacement ceramics for the real one in those two options.

It's an oval slot with a plastic insert that has two holes. I would show a pic, but it is packaged off to its next owner. While a cool concept, I didn't find noticeably improved taste or reduced heat. I have $5 drippers that perform just as well.

thx for the input. I've Been thinking about buying one but.... now I know I don't want one. I have a few drippers, and some of my cheap ones work as good as the more pricey ones! like my cyclone knock off, it's freakin great!

Anyone grab one yet? If so how's it working out for you? From what I hear, the Immortalizer is supposed to have really good flavor? Can anyone explain to me why the flavor would be any different then a chimbus?

I have the immortalizer. I also have a Nimbus. The immortalizer taste better Because the airflow comes directly from the bottom onto the coil

I am confused but how do you people use it without the sleeve?
Are you talking about not suing the outer sleeve?
The draw is too tight for my preference with the outer sleeve, about like a 1mm airhole, or the RSST for reference. Even without the sleeve it feels like maybe 1.3 mm.

I would agree the flavor is better than a Nimbus or an Igo-L, but any small chamber dripper will give equal or better flavor, whether the air flow comes from under the coil or not. Even with this clone, you're paying a premium for more parts, more engineering, more construction, and to me, it doesn't provide any distinct advantages over other drippers. Again, just my opinion. If you want flavor and don't mind a tight draw, the little Phoenix V4 dripper are $5 and deliver just as well.

I guess I should of waited until your final analysis. Your early post said "The vape definitely seems cooler and the atty doesn't get hot". Oh well, too late now. Mine will probably find a new home also. One of the things I love about my 804s is that I can get after them pretty hard and the base just gets warm, never hot.
