I'm fine waiting for as long as it takes. David's stuff is always so well made. Perfection takes time.

This is David we are talking about. I say it will be April before we see the ELA strata. No offense David. I say February at the extreme earliest for the precise and simplicity strata's, and you best believe I have my order in close to the front on both. Ha ha this is David's baby, his first atomizer, heck he is going to make sure it is right before it goes out the door, and I for one appreciate that. Me coming back for more should say that also.

Have a great holiday David, and spend plenty of time with the family!!

I tend to agree. This is a device with lots of machining and probably lots of finishing/prep. it'll probably take longer than expected but that's fine by me! I didn't have any hesitation preordering nor will I hesitate to buy the Simplicity Strata on day 1

Are the center posts being palladium or rhodium plated? I remember seeing the words precious metal plated...but I just assumed rhodium.. anybody know or remember?

Update: In case you missed it, we are doing some tweaking on the design, chamfering the inside cap to reduce condensation buildup, enlarging the air holes, switching to a shorter center post and using an all brass precious metal plated Rhodium over Gold center post.

Just wanted to give a quick update, we are machining on the 500 Helix posts now for all three versions (ELA, P+ and simplicity are all the same).

I already had a Strata for my ELA on order, just pulled the trigger on a Strata for the P+. Now I just need to find a P+!
If anyone knows where to find one, preferably 18500 or 18350, let me know.

Good luck! I recently went on a search for a P+350 for a friend, and I did find one (thanks Snork!), but it seems that people are holding them close. I will keep an eye out, but it may pay off to post a WTB ad here and on other venues.
