No offense, but I'd rather take David's word as authority on the matter. Kinda shocked I'd meet so much resistance regarding the request.

If it's not feasible or would weaken the integrity of the posts then surely it won't be added. Just thought now would be the proper time to inquire about the possibility while tweaks are still being considered.

No worries. We will all know more very soon as the beta units should arrive in the testers hands as soon as tomorrow. More exciting information to come!!

Mine should be in my grubby paws by 10am (normal mail delivery time)

The test unit should arrive shortly after I get home from work tomorrow. Indications are that my evening will be sucked up by going to see some new non-blood related baby (like a step nephew in-law).
What foolproof 24 hour baby-threatening bug do you suggest I fake?

Cough, cough, sneeze, sneeze..

Politely say ' I don't want to get the baby sick '

Repete if necessary...

Can't wait for the feedback to start coming in. I'm not a cloud chaser by any means but I'm curious to hear how airy the draw is at the most open position.

Also, I want to hear how well the preheating of air intake effects the overall experience.

Between the tiny chamber and the air intake being warmed by radiant coil heat in the chamber this baby has WIN written all over it!

Should blow away the competition in the flavor category.

Do you beta testers know if your getting the integrated drip tips as well? I would assume so. Wondering just how far down the center post those tips will reach?

I would try to buy myself more than 24 hours. I would go with intestinal. Much easier to fake! :)

Yeah, most definitely going to have the integrated T-tips to utilize the helix effect.

The reason why I shot down the wire hole idea is because I've seen many times, those posts breaking due to the weakened area of the post. And nobody wants that in an expensive device. Feel me on this? Its easy enough to just wrap the wire around the post one time and tighten it down.

Agreed. Structural integrity wins over a second or so of convenience. ;)

For me the holes are an inconvenience..

I have bad eyesight and can't 'thread the needle' so to speak that's needed with the hole in the post method..

When I had my Cyclone it was the only thing I disliked about it. I actually needed to use a magnifying glass to get the legs into and through the holes..

Taking another look at the design, I don't think it would be possible to add the thread hole for wires into the current design. It's no great loss really, I rarely use anything more then dual coils, single 95% of the time actually. So, trapping under the screws/posts will work just fine. Thanks for humoring me everyone!

With the current design no. But if you can change the deck like this you can. Not sure if the center post can have a hole though.

They will be available when the time comes for the new PrecisePlus's, we'll be changing the thread on them. It's only for the old PrecisePlus's, we'll be running one batch only for them, so if you got one, don't miss out :)

Well David you talked me In to it.. I still have the first precise+ 18350 that you gave away In your drawing sometime ago.. I haven't used it too much this last month as it seems the atty connection seems to not fire some attys.

Suffice it to say I will be sending it In sometime this week, and I can't think of Anythjng that would be cooler than your first precise+ 18350 having from what it sounds like, one of the best attys that will be out on the market..
