Well fellas. Went to a car show last night at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Was in a booth with my buddies selling T-Shirts. I left my Workhorse on the table and it got swiped. :( Sucks big time because this was my everyday mod since I've received it last week. Workhorse and Taifun are now gone. My 2 favorite pieces.

I was asked about the mod quite a bit from other vapors. Was telling them it was made here locally in MN. But someone got the best of me.

Well, that's crappy. I always tend to think vapers are good people - no so any more as I've heard of this too often now.

Yea it's a sad feeling. I have my other mods but they are not giving me the sensation I had with the Workhorse and Taifun combo. I got a better vape with the horse then my other mods using the same atty. Now I'm back on the Kayfun and it's not there. :(

My wife was gonna kick me in the behind. Lol. Well it's gone now. She won't approve me for another mod. Since I just got that one. Bummed

Sorry to hear that G-weezy. We've been hit by the thieves ourselves, and it was another dealer no less using a stolen credit card number to purchase merchandise from us and then we got a chargeback on it and the bank took the money back, but of course we didn't get out merchandise back from that dealer!

Not fair either! Guess we need to buy more of your stuff now. Times like these, it's hard to remember the many, many, many other honest folks out there. I could bore you for hours with stories of generosity and honesty from our customers. (We own a little store). Yes, occasionally someone steals from us but I have so many more examples of the opposite (ie folks bringing a wad of bills they found elsewhere in the store, lost phones, etc.).

Thanks ladies and gents. I'm getting over it a little now. Just have to put the plated contact away when it arrives.

But there is always redemption. I'll get another soon. :) Just not at the moment. That's what the WTA is there for ;) keep me calm. Next time I'm getting one of those necklace mod holders lol.

I just received my workhorse. I have my darkhorse sitting on top of it. I have nemi magnets on the way but till the I've discovered that just putting one of the small spacers on the switch allows for the most electrical contact. The spring completely compresses and the switch bottoms out on the mod at the same time it contacts the battery. Very efficient. Only downside is its a pretty long throw but I don't mind. Hits much harder. I'm running efest flat top batteries.

^^ That's ironic. I'm currently on the fence between buying either a Hobo or a 18500 Workhorse. I've never been too overwhelmed with my Strata + my 18350 simplicity unless I build at or under .5 ohms which obviously is less than stellar with an AW IMR 18350. I LOVE the design of the Strata but it needs more power than my current setup can offer. My Tugboat + 4nine (18490 mode) is my current all time favorite but it does leak a bit around the deck. I feel like the Hobo would be outstanding and I already have several 18XXX mods it'll work fine with. Decisions decisions.

Has anyone posted a pic of the Workhorse with a Simplicity Strata on it?
