Ordered my 500 Workhorse on Sunday and got it in today ;)

Very nice job on the machining and finishing of this mod! Worth every penny :D

Here is a couple shots of it with a Satburn 22:

Only one minor issue, the SS washers must have been pulled from the wrong bin because they wont fit over the screw.

Looks like the Brass spacer is the equivelant to a #10 washer.

The SS washers I got with my mod were #8's

Should have pulled the #10's instead ;)

Luckily I work in a machine shop and had plenty of washers to choose from so not a issue for me, hopefully my case was a isolated instance.

I set this up with the Purple Effest 18500 batteries, had to remove the 2 thick rubber o-rings and replace them with the 2 shorter o-rings, for the pin I removed the thick brass washer and added 2 of the #10 washers and was all set to use with these batteries.

Congrats on a nice mod, anyone who is on the fence about getting one should !!

The outter diameter doesn't matter as the height of the washer does in this scenario.

Actually it's the inner diameter that mattered because it wouldn't fit over the screw.
Thickness of the washer doesn't matter if it don't fit and you can't use them.

I just posted pics of the ID and OD to show it was a smaller washer.

Anyone have a Workhorse 18350 they can post a pic of? I have a small hand and am thinking of getting it, if not to big.

hey. i have small hands too and you should be fine! first super t product i ever received was a precise plus 18500. i now mostly use 18650 models and they are really comfortable. they always fit in my sweater and jacket pockets as well.

If you go to "Super T Does it Again" thread I have a pic that might help. (Sorry for the inconvenience, I tried and tried to import the pic here but failed (I'm better with RBA's than dealing with pics on this forum).:(

I call her my 18350 "my filly." The topper is a authentic KFL which isn't tiny. It's about 1 inch shorter than a Mini ProVari. This pic isn't great. (My hand looks purple). I think my hands are medium sized. Hopes this helps. I really, really like how it feels in my hand.

Hi Q! Did the note a couple replies back help? I also have a pic on pg 233 of the "Official pic" thread. Sorry you have to search but I haven't mastered uploading photos (obviously).
As far as height, the topper and drip tip I'm using is almost exactly as tall as the 18350. The WH 18350 is quite a bit shorter than my Precise 13, but of course has more diameter.
Good day!

Received my 18650 Workhorse this morning. This thing just screams quality. Beautiful machining, sweet firing button, and silky smooth threads. Works out of the box with my VTC5 cells. Unfortunately, the only atty I have with me is my black 23mm Lemo RTA which looks super goofy on the Workhorse. Mutation X should be here soon though.

Great job Super-T. Awesome device and lightning fast shipping. I believe the 26650 Precise Simplicity will be joining the Workhorse sooner than later.

Hi David. Any chance of a brass WorkHorse? I know there are a lot of brass fans out there. Button and top cap would remain stainless steel of course for durability.

What a coincidence, we just put up some brass bodies for the WorkHorse if you want to dress it up. Just switch over your button and cap and way you go!

Been showing off your newest mod off to all my customers. All of them amazed at the great machining and beautifully simple design. Then I ask them how much they think it is and their guesses are in the $100s. So I throw down my receipt of $75 and blow their minds. Thanks to super t for all their hard work to get these products out to customers! I love my workhorse!
