After several days of ignored emails for FluidVapes I shipped back my ipv and canceled the charge with my credit card company. I just ordered the latest version from Wet Vapes.

They aren't answering you either? They have my device, I know they do. But they won't answer me.

Hmmm, damn. Now I don't know what I should do. I already emailed them once ( elev8) to cancel but then changed my mind and told them so. But I have never gotten a response to either email, nor did they answer their phone ( just a voice message) I wonder if If I can cancel through my credit card company. They were quick enough to charge my card! Sigh, I hate not knowing what the right answer is.

Honestly guys after reading the stories about elev8 I would just order from a slightly more expensive sie and buy my peace of mind for $20 or $30.

My order from elev8 has said shipped for 6 days now but USPS tracking is showing they Havant received it yet. I'd been better off if they left it pending then to lie and say it shipped when it hadn't

They probably expect you to believe the lie and go about your day to keep the complaints down , if you hadn't followed up on it you would most likely think it's still in transit and be in an upbeat mood .

I bet they don't care for customers who are on their game and tough to fool lol.

I contacted them, through there website around the 26th, this pass Saturday.
They responded by email on the 28th Monday, asking me to file a return on there website.
After I filed for a return, not too long later, I received another email from them with a Return ID.

The Return ID, has to be printed on the label, when returning thing back to them.

The wait goes on ...

Does anyone have specifications on the adjustable 510 screw? I just received my ipv v2 today, and yep... screw is missing :(
Check your floor.. mine wasn't threaded in at all..so it fell out. I freaked out for about 5 minutes.. then, I checked where I opened it up. Hopefully, you'll find it.

It's absurd to me to take money from people when you don't have a product. When I ordered I thought it was in stock and just shipping with in the week.

Getting zero reply from them and having calls denied when you call them only to get a full mailbox is terrible business practice. They will never get my money again. I'm annoyed to the point that I just want to file a dispute with my credit card

I just sent a message to my CC company so we will see what happens but I didn't think they were supposed to charge till the item was shipped, maybe that is how it works though when it is a pre-order I guess that makes sense but I just think they could have at least responded to my emails and my call. So hopefully my CC company will reverse the charge.

Clearly, it isn't in stock at elev8vape.. it's been a preorder.. and it will be a preorder until disclaimers like this go away.
 
What's the latest version? Non-beta, and quality controlled version?
Exactly. You can disable the touch fire button and it has the quality control sticker. I called before I placed the order and they were very friendly and confirmed both of these things.

I just got so sick of dealing with them. I made an effort to have it replaced or have my money refunded with no reply and have emails to prove this. You should have no issue canceling the charge with your credit card company since you were in the same boat I was in. I would also recommend wet vapes very helpful and said I would have it in two days.

I don't think it was your post but the fact that they are not replying to e-mails, messages or answering their phones. No communication tends to get people a little ...... off.

All they have to do is put an update on the site and most people would be reasonable, with a lack of information and communication it simply makes them look shady.

allforyummyvapor sent my tracking notice several days ago but it's coming from Israel. I tried tracking it then but couldn't read Hebrew, the English version didn't have the same updates, and translating it one line at a time, upside down and backwards was tough.

Just wanted to let you guys know, the tracking number is legit and it's moving, it shows on the USPS site (didn't yesterday or the day before) as registered mail, and "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment"

So for the others that ordered there first, and received a tracking number, it will probably work on the USPS site now or soon.

Disclaimer: My vape budget was spent up so I had to order from Israel and tell my girlfriend it's a pet "Toy Camel" so it came out of the "family and parenting" budget. My kids will go hungry tonight, but it does 50 watts!!!
