No trucker girl silhouette makes me a sad panda.

Edit: So apparently the whole warranty fiasco with Elev8vape was a sham and people are starting to cancel orders out of principle? Seems like a pretty big deal. I get why they tried to lie about it, but in the internet age that's a really dangerous thing for any business to do.

Not by a long shot.

The SX350 is a better chip in virtually every way.

How would you know and in what respect? Based on the published specs, they appear equivalent. The major difference is the use of gravity sensors in the SX350 (which some people like and others don't) and the larger display. But I would be interested in learning what technical specs relevant to vaping experience make the SX350 superior. Please explain.

What's the deal with the warranties?

Yeah , i would like to know myself . I read that the ipv's will have a one year warranty and warranty centers will be available in the States, if i could only remember where i read it.

I heard the 350 is better as well because it is more flexible but thats all i know , the 350 chip alone retails for around $70.00 , these devices depending on where ordered can be had from $79.00 99.00.

Anyone notice the bottom of where the battery sits in pics on these devices , it looks all out of whack .

I think you may be thinking about the sx-350...the ipv's use the sx-330 chip. The sx-350 is suppose to be upgraded up to 50watts. The sx-330 already has a 100watt upgrade coming along.. only heard about that through the talk of the ipv3.

The sx-330 has a 3-9volt input, so there is a great deal of flexibility in battery applications for it.

Direct from YiHi, the 350 is already at 50w with the upgrade released on 6/30. the next one is 80w. They dumpedthe 350 v100w chip coming out. the 330 (the V2 which is the one in the ipv 50w) is set at 50 watts and CAN NOT be upgraded. The 100w isa different 330 chip (the sx-330 v3). Right now the ONLY chip able to be upgraded via users is the SX-350.

Here are the specs for the SX-350 v2 chip

Here si the SX-350 for comparison

As you can see. the 350 has a wider range of output voltage and wattage. And offers a Bypass mode to make it a mech mod (up to 80 watts!).
And, the output current is only 16A on the 330 vs. the 25A on the 350.

So yes....MANY differences in the 350's favor!

Fegbri , your link attachment is not working for me, lets see if others can see it. Did you just paste it or did you click on insert link or image ?

Try right clicking and then click "copy link image " and then save it . When you go to edit your message click on the "insert image " box at the top and then click choose file from computer, click on the file you saved and then upload it.

I know how to attach. I think ecf is having issues right now. Herbs attachment is messed up also. My first one appears fine.
