Hyuk. Got confirmation from elev8 that they have my IPV in hand and will mail it out to me on the 19th.

Mad stoked to pick it up from my mailbox. The perfect post-deployment vapemail.

ETA: to JSRP, what resistance and wattage are you vaping at? I'm actually amazed that your batt lasts that long given how much you vape

My day to day vape is 1.6 Ohm and I vape at 12-15 watts depending on the juice. I usually charge it overnight, then it will last me until about midday in work the next day.

I tend to use a dripper in the evening but on a different device, so realistically Its probably closer to 7ml (1.5 KFL tanks worth) just on the kayfun.

I used my dripper on the IPV2 when I went home and it lasted about 2-3 hours of casual vaping at 50 watts!

Thanks a lot!!..any idea where to order the magnets online from..I'm in Egypt and I am not sure I can find these easily or how to order them in arabic :)

Not sure about Egypt, I ordered my magnets from [firstformagnets.com], however i'm not sure if they ship internationally (in the UK here)

Ok guys maybe itss just to early and I hate my friggen job lol but here is my problem with my ipv v2 50 watt deluxe silver kickass edition!!

I have a .2 ohm build on there and the voltage is max of 3.8 at 50 watts and at 7 watts I am at like 1.2 volts

But then I throw my aspire nautilus mini on there at a 1.9 ohm build my voltage is 8.4 like it should be at 50 watts

Is this right?

Watts is volts squared divided by resistance. 3.8 volts at .2 gives me 72.2 watts calculated. So maybe that's the battery charge it's just pushing to the coil. But .2 is the limit for the device and in my experience with vv-vw mods sometimes things can get wonky at the limit so idk. Did you test the actual ouput with a meter?

Edit- 1.9 ohms at 8.4 volts is giving me like 37 watts though so maybe I'm doing something wrong or my math just sucks.

its similar to the hana. the higher the resistance the higher the voltage pushed to the atty. i just got my v2 yesterday and will be playing with diff builds today. setting up a .2 right now and then will do a 1.4, then a 2.8 and see what gives the best flavor/clouds.

Let me know your watts and volts at those ohms please??

This is my understanding:

Regardless of what you set it to, the chip is limited to a maximum of 8.4V / 16A / 50W. If you max out one of these variables the mod will not push anything above that. At 0.2 ohms, it'll be limited to 50W, so it can only push up to 3.16V

At 1.9 ohms, the mod is limited to 8.4 volts so it will not give you over 37 watts.

i built it at .25 and its reading .3 on the v2. right now im pushing 40 watts at 3.4 volts. ill run this build for a couple hours and then try the 1.4ohm build and report back later.

edit: if i push the watts to 50 the voltage goes up to 3.8 volts.

That makes me feel better lol how was the cloud and vaping quality? What kinda rda?
