Anyway, I'm surprised you didn't mention having a quality ohm meter. And if you're targeting 0.16Ω, I highly recommend a calibrated milliohm meter - not one of those cheap atomizer ohm meters. Check the specs. A tolerance of ±.02Ω at that level may be too much for the ideal specs of a given battery.
