..and people wonder why the industry is going to be regulated...

And it still won't stop this stuff. This is DIY-able. What will educate people is when the HEAT generated by the volume of vape if/when done improperly causes damage to lungs long term. Everyone is doing electrical math. We don't have the "physical math" anywhere.

He'd probably survive a battery vent. But someday, someone is going to croak doing this (particularly if they get drunk, mess up, and use significant nic).

And before the fans start lecturing...yes you can do cool coils sub-ohm. But that much VG and/or other stuff in your lungs at once is just asking for a problem somewhere. Someone's going to mess up.

To each their own.

LMAO. Sorry. did not have on my glasses. LOL That is a whole nother story. That is sub ohm. That is 88 watts and 21 amps. Now if you had that spread out over 4 coils IME that would still be high. There is some question now in the vape community about that high a wattage. I believe the concern is coils so hot as to be out gassing metals. Chromium for one. I've only skimmed it so far as I don't do high wattage. I for one don't vape juice that has food coloring or chemicals that are know problems. I don't do sub ohm for varied reasons. You have to decide what is safe. IMO it's risky. 21 amps is a lot. 88 watts is a lot. That is a medium size light bulb wattage. 21 amps is about 1/3 the current of a car starter. 40 amps would be 2/3ds of a standard starter.

Chasing clouds. Some of us like that, a male ego thing, who got the bigger one (Clouds I'm talking about! ;) ).

What a lot of us are talking about is reasonable safe vapor. This is a serious business and this kind of stuff is only going to bring it down to legal wattage limits and all kinds of other stuff. Vaping a room fogger is a wast of juice and power. Serves no purpose but to impress and is almost surly dangerous. It's not a joking matter.

For some reason there 24 gauge looks much thicker then the 24 gauge from the guy in the video's I posted. Craziness! :O

Not just about electronic safety.

Actually the OP is clear that it is about electronic safety. That's why he's talking about the BUILD.

MCvapes is one of the best resources for understanding subohm and safety.

It looks thicker because it's twisted 24.

Wattage limits will never, ever be a thing. Don't be a silly alarmist.

Making an impression IS a purpose, but more importantly so is personal enjoyment, which is actually what ALL vaping is about. So get off your high horse.

There's no evidence this is dangerous healthwise, as opposed to tobacco which is known, surely dangerous.

EXACTLY! Wattage limits will never, ever be enforceable even if they were a thing. It is way to easy to build you own mech to ever dream of making wattage limits a reality. Not to mention, standard PV's already have built in wattage limits.

I know I watch MCvapes video's often, thats why I was a bit surprised he made that! I don't care, no matter how good he is or his expertise, he is still playing with fire at those numbers.

The twisted wire? Didn't notice the twist, just watched it again, I see now. THX :)

Yea those guys on MCvapes channel do some crazy stuff but i see it as more of an experiment and i'm pretty sure those guys don't vape those type of setups on a regular basis. Also sorry to go off topic but Ethermagic if your still looking for a patriot RDA, there's a group buy on calivapers going for $50 and if anyone else wants to join in since we gotta reach 100 moq.
