My 2 remaining atomizers consistently have liquid come out the tip of the device, when in use with the Darwin, even when it is as empty as humanly possible. (wiped with cloth, air dried, blown out remaining juice through tip etc.)

I have not used these types before and only used dse-901s in the past, and all those atomizers had a poly fiber cloth that would either hold some liquid, or prevent it from getting on the outside of the tip.

The only atomizer that wasn't getting liquid in my mouth was the drip tip but alas that is no more.

Should these atomizers have the poly fiber cloth that all my old atomizers used to have? Thank you.

Also, I am a dripper, so I only like to have just as much as I need in at a time. I never liked putting any in the cloth.

If you drip i am not sure the darwin is going to be your friend since the atty is pointing downward. There is always going to be drainage when you turn a atty upside down. carts with fiber fill would seem to be your only alternative, imo.

Yea duh, I am stupid and didn't even think of that.

The point is, my only choice is to drip right on the atomizer since there is no cloth in any of the tips/atomizers I received. Is there suppose to be?

Can someone point me to an dripomizer that this thing wont fry after a few hours even though I haven't turned my Darwin past 6.0 for anything yet.

But silly of me to not think of that whole turning the atomizer upside down over and over again wont put the juice in the tip =)

Hey Murf,
The atomizers come with blank cartridges when new...
I also sell cartomizers that can be reused and filled with as much as 2 Ml of liquid on some which are great for when you cant or don't fell like dripping...
The tip of your old dripomizer will come off and can be used as a drip tip on your standard 510 atomizer...If you drip more than you vape just with the Darwin you can set it on a table with the atomizers pointing up.
If you put it in your pocket than point the atomizer up in your pocket.
Dripping is something that takes some care with any device, as you dont want to drip 4 drops and take one or two puffs as this will cause leaking with most any device...

As always, thank you so much for the reply Drew. Got everything under control now. I never drip more than 2 directly on the atomizer but I have been out of the game so long I wasn't sure if the poly fiber cloth was still part of the routine.

I am going to be ordering something to keep this baby filled up because I freaking looooooooooooooove it!

I never set the dial above 8.4. Every single atomizer I have ordered from nhaler including the $4.00 dripomizers and the $11.00 HV-510 atomizers and the $9.00 LV-510 atomizers last week is now dead. I haven't even been using it a lot since I have been sick....

If anyone knows if it is possible to get these going again please let me know.

Anyone else seeing this? I am pretty much beyond frustrated right now. Looks like day 5 of quitting analogs may come to and end while I order a new unit and figure out this Darwin situation....

seriously? if anything, attys i thought were dead are now alive and well with the darwin. the battery just died on me last night, and i was in my own world of vaping bliss for so long the first thing that struck me is that i must have finally killed an atty...but nope, just needed to recharge the battery. i would think that the same laws of vaping apply to the darwin, meaning keep the atty wet, but not flooded, and don't hold the button too long or let the atty/ carto overheat. the wattage is fine, but maybe you've kept it going too long, running too dry, and too hot. i wouldn't know how to get them going again, if they are dead then they are dead, but if i can make a recommendation it would be to buy some clearomizers or use a juice tank system of some sort. the darwin loves this setup, because it almost begs the user to chain vape, but you need to be certain that the attys and cartos are wet enough to satiate the thirst. get more attys/ cartos, maybe different ones this time, but don't give up on the darwin and definitely don't go back to analogs!

I suggest that you use an OHMs Law calculator like the link below:

Put in the resistence of the atomizer and put in 4.2 V if it is a LR or SR atomizer and use the Power (W) for the setting on the Darwin. For a HV atomizer use something like 6 for the volts. Since the Darwin hits a lot stronger even on the 1st hit you may try dripping a couple more drops than you have been. My guess is the atomizers are not wet enough. When the atomizer starts to get real hot let it cool down before taking the next hit.

Drew's can be found here. http://shop.nhaler.com/X-L-CE-2-Clear-O-Mizer-V-5-clearomizer.htm Also, I prefer the 3.2Ω carto's but be careful not to run them much higher than 4.2 volts as I find they don't wick well above that. I've never had one of these carto's die on me. Never.

They are the cheapest around. but Im not sure these are going to solve your problem...It sounds like you may be drying out atty's since you named every atomizer and cartomizer I sell which shouldn't be blowing at 8.4 Watts????

xl clearomizers are nice on the darwin, mine have been workhorses, refill after refill, you'll always know your juice levels and won't spend as much as you would on attys or some juicing systems...i can even use the 2.4Ω, which really wouldn't wick fast enough on a regular 3.7V battery, but i think the 2.8Ω and up will give the darwin the most flexibility....but again, the darwin is handling everything i've tried spectacularly to this point.

I was drying them out too much and they were getting far too hot I could tell so this is my own fault.

I put my order in on Sunday for a bunch more new toys from you Drew or I would have ordered the clear-omizer and you shipped them too fast for me to add anything lol!

I picked up a 901 adapter so I can go through my dozens and dozens of 901 attys I have collected over the years.

I am going to get a tank mod to keep this sucker WET at all times.

just a dry burn and hot water rinse, the second refill was better than the first, and it's been fairly consistent since then.
