For one, I am down to 3mg/ml, which feels like nothing. No buzz, nothing. When I get stressed, I found that I do other things.

One of the biggest things for me now is, when I see a TV character smoking, i don't think "That must feel good", I think "That must taste bad." TV/Movie characters smoking was always a HUGE trigger for me, and now that I've passed it, it feels incredible. Also being down to 3mg/ml, I don't have so much stress if I forget my vape or anything. It just doesnt seem to be a big deal anymore. I vape more for the pleasure or when vaping with other people for the social aspect. I dont really feel addicted anymore.

Great work! That's awesome.

I never intended to drop my nicotene level when I first started vaping. I just thought of it as a healthier alternative since analogs were not letting me go easy. I'm starting to think nicotene isn't the most addictive thing in smokes since my mind doesn't cringe in horror anymore when I contemplate stepping down from the 16-18mg I currently use to 10-12mg once my current supply is gone.

the nicotine/maoi combo is really the killer addictive part. Nicotine really isn't so hard to level down. Having that hand-to-mouth habit in the beginning of quitting really helps you stop thinking about how good nicotine/maoi feels.

Awesome news! I can definately relate. I'm 2 months in now to vaping and officially cig free for about two weeks. I would have 2-3 at first I started vaping but since I was a 2 pad smoker appx that was massive cut down. Now I never crave one and it smells nasty. Now if I could only find a juice that satisfies
Me all the time and lose the dreaded vapor tongue I get at times all would be good!
Way to go!!

It is! And why was it SOOO easy? I'm really just in disbelief with how easy it was.

It was Easy because you Wanted it to Happen.

I tried Quitting Many Times. It was Hard and it Never Worked. It never Worked Because I really didn't want to Quit. I just wasn't Ready.

When an e-Cigarettes was shown to me, I was Ready. I wanted to Stop Analogs.
