Oh! And I was going to add, I talked to a metallurgist (my dad :) ), and asked him about the whole heating/quenching heat-treating thing .... and after much more info than I really needed  , talk about mobilizing the carbon atoms from the "grain margins" into the matrix, blah blah blah, the one thing I came away with ...
Heating and quenching more than once, from a metallurgy standpoint has no added value. Doing it once will stiffen the wick, locking the carbon atoms in the matrix.
More is not better.... dang it!

Very interesting. I'll give it a go and see if the results are any different. :)

Chinner,

Like Blue said, if it helps: I have my setup quite good: evenly glowing coils with a dry wick, no hotspots, no shorts, nothing. I am with my third (3/4) tank now and it is slowly getting better, I know I am not there yet. I occasionally check my coil and wick to see if all is still like it should be, vape at position 3 or 4 o'clock a few puffs and let it rest again. I also check if the liquid is actually going up fast enough after I took a few puffs and how fast, compare it with earlier to see if the capillary motion is flowing good. Hang in there, I made many enemies :) with all my dumb questions and not to many people like me anymore....You will get there, be patient!!

That's not true, we like helping new Genni users get to vaping bliss as quickly as possible :)

I just wanted to also say I order WTA from Aroma E juice.I have had fast turn arounds with them as well on what he had in the store. Both WTAs are great.
I get both WTA by it self anf a few of the Tabaco flavors.I add 5% but every one is different. Some people vape it straight.I do get a more satisfying vape.If you want faster servise on custom orders go to vapelicious

Ok that did not last long, sold my Katana basically because:

1.) I find it too heavy and don't like the 18350 mode
2.) Switch is difficult to fire as the body is very smooth and the unit is heavy, I get pain in my hand/fingers
3.) tried it with the kick, but need magnets, secure the kick etc...then runtime sucks, hassle overall, as I like it simple

I have the zenesis on order, figured why have two units, as I will wait for the atomizers to fit on my grips and provari....

Yeah Blue, I played with it for 24 hours and I rather get the TI and the Z-atties, The TI I will use with one really nice tobacco flavor, 5/6 wraps, so that will be fine and the z atties will go on my variable voltage mods and make 3 wraps for them, less change of shorts and can set it at a nice and low voltage for a long run time and still keep those mods as I like them very much
