I'm here lol. I played with it again till like 3am, and though it seems to be getting a bit better, I haven't had one of those delicious puffs yet that make me feel like all this is worth it. My gf already thinks I'm nuts blow torching mesh all night lol

My work is much tidier then before, but same results. Even when I have the coils glowing evenly and have juice on the wick, it's still harsh and metallic and lacking vapor production. I know there is a breaking in period, but whatever I'm doing is just killing the flavor.

I'm trying to track down a local genisis nut to to me the way of the katana Kung fu.
Not sure if this will help but maybe you can mirror my setup if you can see. I used my iphone4 so hope this gives you motivation to stick with it, good luck!

True story chinner. My post was hella elevated because of how I got it. Didn't realize it till mac came to dinner. If you saw how much room I had to wrap a coil it would have blown peoples minds...lol but I never have had one hotspot. Thanks to lorderos33 tips I read in threD. N of course the pacific northwests finest mac_206. I may bore it out .5 mm but people......please understand this. Everyone is a little different in what they feel us the best vape for them. Mines completely stock but because I know how to inhale. Which is super important. This isnt the atty if cartos we cane from and if you try to copy that it isn't gonna work right. Slow, steady inhale. Don't stoke that wick too much. Just play around with it. Taste is subjective but so is what u are looking for in a ideal vaping experience. I'm not mac so I'm not trying to blow up big. But I'm getting good plumes n would stack it up against any other stock v3.

Shout out to Mac! I'm at work right now, can't study the video properly, but damn do I appreciate the time you guys are spending trying to help me reach the promise land!

I think my next move is to do a video of what I've got going on so that maybe you fine folks can see where I'm going wrong.

Again, I'll check in later after work, but you guys are the best, and Mac you're the man dude. Your katana vids are epic!

You're the 4th person I've heard mention eliminating a heating wire, but I'm yet to see any CAD pics or even an explanation of the concept they have in mind, so I'm extremely interested in hearing what you come up with.

Yup, looking good too. I'm working on something to go to the next level, eliminating the heating wire all together. ;)

I've been working on this for a while now, it's not nearly as easy as it sounds and requires making things from scratch that don't exist. Lucky for me I love doing this type of thing :)

I knew it! Lorderos33 has finally finished the firestarter pv based on drew barrymores movie. If anyone was gonna do it i knew it would be u. Heating a wick with your mind is the next logical step

This ain't VW... Don't wanna get Lord banned :)

Good point Lexi, let's try and keep this discussion just that...a discussion. And anyways, I think it's implied that most of us who've benefited from Lord's plethora of wisdom regarding genesis atomizers would be honored to own a pv which he built and designed.

True that, I don't want to give too much away on the design yet either in case it's a complete failure. :)

I will make sure you guys get one if it works reliably and is feasible to reproduce. I'm thinking it's a long way off still in any case.
