the KF has 5 o-rings that can be of concern, the 4 main ones on the tank assembly and the one missed most often when rebuilding, the chimney oring that fits in the top cap. Depending on what version of KF you had purchased, the chimney oring can be either held captively in a groove or in the small cup milled into the top cap. The cup type method of capturing the oring lends itself to the oring staying on the chimney post and not sealing the tank well, thus leaking....

if there is any type of grit fuzz etc on any of the tank orings, it creates an air path that also allows for leaks to develope. Next time you break the KF down for cleaning rebuilding check the condition of all orings for nicks and debris around the sealing surfaces.

Yes, the one in the top cap that seals the Chimney to top.

Kayfun Air hole Leaking:
1) Number one cause - filling from TOP
2) Over Filling From fill hole - forcing liquid into coil chamber
3) Loose/Damaged/missing o-ring
4) coil low to air hole and thin juice escaping - wicking issue

These are the common problems

Any normal squeezable e-liquid bottle will work.
With Kayfun turned top down
Remove fill screw
Place bottle drip tip on opening and lightly squeeze
As e-liquid rises above window, stop
You want a decent air bubble left to balance pressure

If any liquid gets into air opening just blow lightly through drip tip while covering hole with a tissue. Take a few Long draws to clear any remaining over fill.

***As you are filling from the Bottom hole, air inside is passed through the Coil chamber and out the drip tip/air tube.
