Multimeter Measurement: 30ga Kanthal, 10 wraps, 2.0 mm ID.

2.3ohms minus 0.4 ohms inherent in the multimeter = 1.9ohms.

Exactly what my Provari and VAMO are telling me.

Interesting. I just did a 6/5 wrap instead of 7/6 with 1.5mm id and went from 1.8 ohms to 1.6ohms maybe its's the longer tails adding more resistance since my coil is so tiny and short the leads to the screws are long. I'm gonna have to get 28awg to gain coil surface area and see where that takes me.

On another note, got more vapemail! Trying these for the first time:

Boba's is the thickest juice I have ever experienced.

I see it flowing pretty good. Its wicking perfectly in my setup as well. I've been vaping high VG juices for the past 2 months so maybe I'm used to this consistency.

Great evening! I just traded my spheroid for another KFL and I finally got through level 350 of candy crush LOL

The spheroid is a great vaping device and I hate to trade it... it's just that I can't fill it and vape all day like I can with the kfl. I like to be able to see my juice level.

VG is definitely thicker than PG. I used to vape 100% VG for awhile. But BB's is as thick as I have ever seen. Nothing wrong with that. Just interesting is all.

Nope.. no money spent. I got there all on my own If I can do it, you can too.. just 10 hours a day, every day for a year... (wait till you get to level 65!)

I've never tried BB or GJ.. I'm afraid to, I'm afraid I'll love them and then have to buy them LOL I thought I ordered some BB back a year or so ago but it never came and my card was never charged so I guess I never hit the "buy" button As a part of my spheroid/kfl trade.. he's sending me some GVC and I'm sending him some of my diy. I'm kinda afraid to try the GVC. I haven't bought any "store bought" juices in over a year.

I did try some pluid at a vape meet a few months ago. Yuck

I'm thrilled to be getting another KFL! Maybe one day I'll get my 91% from vaportekusa. Q was right, it looks like it's really going to be 2 months!

I'm really interested to see what Bronze can do with the kfl he's getting to see if it's defective or not. I was half thinking that the one I have is defective until I figured out what my problem was.

^That is true. But that aside, the Spheroid is an amazing vape experience - slim, trim, classy - but accepts any build (like the Kayfuns) and doles out a superb VTF. The only attys I daily use are my Spheroids and the Kayfuns. They are the regulars, while infrequently comes in the Scuba/Diver, SnP/Killer and the Oddy.

Besides, if you have a 14500 mod - u might not be able to do without a Spheroid√ - I have three.

a little side by side vaping. I've got my kfl.. 1Ω coil, cotton and a micro coil. vaping it beside a DID with cotton and a micro coil, 1.3Ω coil using the same juice and same wattage. Lots LOTS more flavor coming from the kayfun than the DID with a micro and cotton. Since I'm using the same coil and wick on both, you'd think the flavor would be about the same. But it's not.

just wanna give a huge thanks to all the vets on this thread...
finally built micro coils for my kayfuns and squape....
28awg, 9wraps....1.1ohm.....quite a difference...needs a lot less wick...
currently vaping vcv burley beard 100%vg out of my kayfun delta on king ss loving it.....
