It comes with a replacement center post and a delrin insulator... So yes, 2 pieces...
I believe the Yesmo/Yiloong clone is the thin one. The hcigar one is 22mm and an identical 1:1 clone while the others aren't, afaik.

Mm delrin as in that hard insulating plastic then that would be better then the rubbery stuff since I extra tighten the center post screws

I rewicked tonite with my faithful yarn and decided to just lay half a thread(2strands twisted together from the single thread) and laid it across the coil to the deck, didn't look quite as perfect or pretty as previous pics with the loop over the coil but BOOYAH! Big difference in vape and flavor!! No dry hits, flooding, etc. Thanks to everyones help and pictures!

That be how I do it...
I make sure the extra wick that goes over the top of the coils is long enough to get tucked between the main coil feeding wick on the outside diameter of the opposing chamber into the inside space on the deck where nothing sits. Wicks from both ends that way, and seems to balance out the entire wicking setup as well...
Maybe you already did that?
I love this build and I keep going back to it after trying new things.
More Importantly, that Z06 is SICK, so I hate you fine sir....
Anyone know a good temp fix for the bottom insulator? I ordered a replacement last night but need something going til then. I tried insulator tape and no go as the deck wasn't secured

Someone posted a fix for the insulator by fabricating a piece from a credit card. Just cut it out to the same shape. I think it was a permanent fix for him. Wish someone could repost that fix because this seems to come up a lot.
Or is this something different?
That fix was for the top insulator under the deck. Insulator I lost was the bottom one for the center post screw

Still having trouble with mine at the moment, ive got a Lite plus and trying micro coils and cotton, but im getting no where fast with it at all.
Im trying .32mm which is 28g kanthal, 8 wraps around a 2mm drill bit for around 1.4-1.5 ohms with very little cotton, just enough it slightly drags and cut the tails just above the deck - coil is lifted slightly up so its not touching and well its just tasting odd and muffled and doesnt seem to be feeding the juice all that well - airflow is wide open - thing is when its not fully built and just the chimney on it works perfectly taste/throat hit/vapour - once built and full its muffled, next to no throat hit and the vapour goes from thick to thin and wispy as hell.
Any other things i can try?

If you're cutting the tails just above the deck, try not cutting them as short. leave thm a little longer so they come in full contact with the deck.
I have my cotton wicks draped over the build deck touching the bottom deck and pushed up against the wall away from the juice channels. I do this with all my kayfuns and, I never get a dry hit, I always get a nice juicy hit
Also, make sure you're leaving a little bit of an air-bubble in the tank so that the negative pressure can work with the vacuum effect required to feed juice to the wick. You did soak the cotton inside the chimney right, before closing it all up?
I could not get a consistent cotton wick, so switched to cotton yarn myself. I find it a far easier medium to work with.
