Well I'm a newby to the Kaylite this is a tribeca and there are two holes underneath on the bottom side. A Phillips for fill and a slotted I assumed controls airflow. Can't remember where I ordered it.

Yes I have paint robots at work, constant weekend work keeping them going. It also amazes me how kids want to work with robots when they grow up :)

Not sure which tobecco you have some have a flat head at the bottle in the 510, which lets you mode the 510 in our out for your mod. And the. They will have a Phillips to fill.
The. Some have a smaller Phillips down there to adjust airflow or some May have a side mounting screw those are usually an Allen

There is no comparison between a kayfun and aero tank period. If your aero tank is producing better flavor then a kayfun, you shouldn't be doing Rebuildables imo. I know it takes a little time to get the kayfun just right but when you do, it is far superior in every way. My wife has the aero tank, so I know exactly how it performs and it cannot compete with a properly set up kayfun. So if you are comparing these to each other, then either keep at the kayfun build until you get better, or sell. Still eating popcorn?

I rebuild my tanks.. If its THAT hard to get the KFL+ 'right', its not worth it...

True there is definitely much more info out there now but I still think it takes quite a bit of time. yes I do think most now can get up and running alot quicker but to be able to get full results, 100 percent of the time, day after day consistently is a little harder. The time I mentioned wasn't just for one particular build, it's for any kind of build. It's for any resistance and for any wire gauge. It's making a set up thats best suited for10 watts as for making one that can handle 20. So yes, I do think it takes months to know that device inside and out.

And as far as i know, the official SM build is your regular four or five wraps around a hunk of silica. :)

The KLF is fine for the house, but I'm not comfortable enough yet to do a 14 hr work day with it. Aerotanks are very good tanks and do compete in different aspects with the Kaylight. I have over a dozen flavors I like to cycle thru the day/nights over a week. I can't buy that many KFL clones but I have afforded that many aerotank clones @ $7 each shipped. The flavor being superior is so dependant on a perfect build that for many its not worth hours of tinkering. Not everyone has surgeon hands.

Which one ya got?
Wanna sell it?

EHPro KFL+ v2, and HCigar 3.1.. Getting close to selling. Stoopid thing was doing good.. Got a full tank that tasted good, refilled, got about half way and then in one puff went 'burnt' again.

And guys, I'm not trying to be hard on the KF's, I do love the ease of building, but I just dont have the time ATM to be playing around for hours trying to get the 'right' build or worry that it will go 'burnt' half way through my trip.. Wife was just diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer, and I dont really have time to play... So forgive the frustrations.

Sorry, when I speak about how much is involved, I'm talking about every single aspect. I'm talking about basically do it in your sleep. Yes, most can make a good build in a few days but how repeatable is it going to be? That consistency time after time is not easy. But that is why I like it, "not because it is easy, because it is hard". Actually building a kayfun is pretty easy, it just takes a bit of patients and a bit of time. hey, I can also see your point, a protank is all done already, and it's really easy, just buy and vape. Also the aero tank, another great device. Those are a breeze, and they produce a good vape, it just depends on what you like to do. Personally, the vape off one of those is not good enough for me as an adv. It's good maybe a small percentage of the time but not enough to satisfy my vape style. I would rather spend the extra time and effort for a better vape. Plus I just love building things.

Well to some I reckon, only because taste is subjective.
I went from aerotanks to kfls. I haven't used an aero tank since March/April.
My daily driver is a provari/kfl. Regarded by most as the best vape combo available- (it's gods vapor) I bring my mod with a full tank and an extra battery and that's if- I'm good like that from 8am to 9pm daily.
My friends that are diehard drippers went to the kfl for daily use because of its flavor and fact that it worry free, with a 5 ml juice capacity most people wont have to refill it till the early evening Unless you like to change flavors throughout the day of course. In my opinion, diver is right. The aero and kfl are apple and oranges. Both serve a value Purpose in vaping. And both are best in Thor class as far as I'm concerned but the flavor of one(aero) doesn't even compare to the flavor in the oyher(kfl)
When it comes down to it vape what you are happy with. That's what it's about.

Here's some 'cross-coils' that I build for the MT3s's.. turns them into dual coils.. And really improves the flavor. 1.2ohm.

Yes I guess I am in the minority in that I'm excessive in my building. One day I will just do one build, keep it in there for a week or so, then redo it the same way. But until then I will redo one of my 4 kayfuns each night finding something that may make it work better.

My father had pancreatic cancer. I understand. And I'm guessing we all sorta figured you were the one in the picture.

Best to you and your wife. :)

When I say Aero, I mean the Mega and the Mini.. FAR better than the original Aerotank. The Mini PT3 is also very good, and better with the new coils. Just wish they weren't so hard to build now

Chasing that last 1%. :)

Good for you though Diver. This is just as much a hobby as it is a habit or substitute for smoking. The hobby part is what helps advance the performance of our gear. To be sure!

It's not having surgeon hands buddy, its enjoying something you like and being able to share that like. I honestly enjoy building attys and because i like it, i do it alot. If you do things in repetition you will know a little more which then can be passed along. I do this to help, period.
