It is very unusual for DHL to take so long to deliver. FedEx and DHL should be the same speed. I ordered many things from US by DHL and it takes no longer than 4 days to deliver to Asia. Furthermore, I have never seen progress by percentage. DHL progress should show every transit stop it makes along the route. DHL's site also offers notification by SMS or email. I wish all of you who ordered from digitalsteam receive your package without any problem.
It looks like inTaste have resolved their issues with German customs. Mine is already in US, cleared US customs as well. Now, will it really come to San Jose, CA from Memphis in 8 hours? We will see.

I hope others who are waiting will get their packages, soon. Especially the Digitalsteam/DHL and the previous batch of orders from inTaste. I kind of feel bad b/c it seems we are getting this last batch before their situation is resolved.

This is the tracking info emailed to us digitalsteam buyers...
Its weird because I can copy the dhl tracking number and manually go to the dhl global express tracking website and paste in my tracking number but theres no record of it!
But if I copy the other number they gave me and enter it in usps tracking website it shows the same info as the 60% dhl one

I at least have a kayfun conversion kit coming saturday to hold me over, but I feel bad because I think others ordered from digitalscam after seeing that I did and knowing the lites was sold out everywhere at the time..

Took a extra day for intaste to get me my tracking # this round but mine is on the way now #4 the last round I was lucky mine did not get caught up in customs. That's something we have to deal with you can not control them believe me I deal with them at my work. Intaste does a damn good job at a good price my 1st 3 were hear within 3 days.

Hope the teflon works better for you. The oring from included screwdriver has worked perfectly for me. Remember with the oring, just tighten enough to put a little pressure on the oring but don't squash it. I had a small pool of juice under that lite in a day but since the oring, it's been bone dry for a week. Hope the new one doesn't have this problem.
