Isn't uk closer to the US than Germany? How does intaste get it here quicker?

-Lord

Cloud9 uses Royal Mail, transferred to USPS once it arrives in the states. In the meantime, it usually gets held up in customs. Translation: My last order from Cloud9 took 10 days.
Intaste uses UPS. Mine arrived in 3 days.

For the record (if you were referring to my post) I said bottom coil, not bottom feeder. Two entirely different things. :)

You also said the juice feeds from the bottom.

Along with a personal opinion about the kayfun blowing a genesis out of the water. Don't get me wrong I like the kayfun style attys, but I have got genesis style attys that vape every bit as good. Typically genesis style attys don't even use silica/cotton type wicks like the kayfun, which will make comparisons hard to quantify. I guess it just depends on the person and their experience with genisis attys and rebuildables in general.

The kayfun is great, flavor, setup no leaks ,but it does not even near put out the amount of vapor that some of the genesis style attys and drippers put out, there just isn't enough airflow in the design to amount lots of vapor, I sometimes find it hard to use after using my omega dripper, or my ac9 ,now setup in dripper style, that is really my only negative with the kayfun, airflow and vapor production, if theres a way to increase vapor on the kayfun, I would love to know it iv tried weeks of different setups and still the vapor production is not what I would expect

guys, those channels puff up with juice when you draw, kind of like the squonking of a reo, if there is no wick right there to suck up this swelling up of juice by the little outlets then the juice will just be sucked back into the tank when you stop your draw and you will get NO feed, if wick is there, and juice is sucked up, then when you stop drawing it can't suck the same juice back in so it sucks air back in, if you're not getting a rising air bubble on just about every draw then you are not wicked properly, don't keep the wick away from the hole, keep it right there to suck up any swell up of juice from it. if you put way too much, THAN you could seal off these orifices well enough that the tank won't even see the suction, so don't over stuff it, but def wick right at the feed holes. after getting my full sized kayfun I now realize how much more room you have, the mini is easy t use too much wick and seal up the tank but the full sized kayfun and the light have huge wells, don't be afraid to get some wick right in there, it's the only way it'll feed, otherwise the same juice just goes in and out, in and out, and never feeds the coil

You know..

I'm tasting cotton on this build. Driving me crazy. I'm getting a lot of "sizzling" too, and on some of my better performing builds I don't get all the noise from firing. The only thing I didn't like about this build is that I couldn't mount my coil diagonally, from top left to bottom right, because of where the legs ended up. That shouldn't matter though. Also, it's 28g, 8-9, @ 1.8, 1/16"

Here's a shot of the cotton I use..

What do I need to look at here?

My experience has been the opposite. The Kayfun Lite produces more vapor with a smaller draw than any other, including the AC9. I should note that this is only true with the stock drip tip (or equivalent). The small hole in the drip tip seems to provide the right air flow for tons of vapor.

That looks like a good bit more cotton than I use. Could just be the picture though.

Bottom coils do feed from the bottom. :)

And yes, gear (like juice) is a matter of personal preference. I had an AGA-T+ and it is the finickiest device I have ever owned. Flavor quality was good though. I'm hardly the first to complain about the AGA. If I had to do it over again, I would have gotten the RSST. I have used both mesh and cotton on my AGA. The cotton performed more consistently. I always thought the AGA was better suited at subohm using a mechanical mod. And that's how I will try it next time (if I ever put down this Kayfun long enough).

Hey guys, my kfl ss tube & clear window stucked to each other. Tried using rubber gloves, freezer trick, ducktape but still can't twist it off. It's not a big deal since I'm never use full ss tube, but it's pretty annoying not having all parts disassemble when cleaning time. Any tips to solve this?

thats a drag! sounds like you might have cross threaded them. you can force the sections apart but, chances are the plastic section threads will be ruined.

I don't even bother separating them when I open up the KFL.

I had the same issue with the bottom and the stainless tube. I tried everything and couldn't unscrew it with out damaging the parts. One day after a wash it just got loose. So, try to wash it in hot water.

Keep it submerged in lukewarm water for a while, then try opening them again with a light sudden twist and voilà!
