Hey Bad,

anyone reviewed the GR Modders ext cap yet? Curious to know how smooth he threading is and if it comparable to the stock end cap being smooth as silk like it is. Also, what do you think shipping would cost to the 'Nati? I'm waffling between wanting another V2 or a mini, but I's really like the 18650 option....actually, all three batt types would be ideal to have max flexibility for a mini configuration. Either way, I've got sometime to decide while waiting on the green LED's.

Bad, your thoughts? Anyone else?

I read that shipping is around $45. I'm not sure how much the conversion rate is, or how much the long extension cap costs, but there's a thread in the Provari section on these: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/provari/304644-mini-owners-would-you-buy-18650-extension-mini-if-they-became-available-6.html#post7552700

The quality being that it is made by Kir Fanis should be top notch, but they weren't able to match up colors well. Since I already have the full size, and would like to have a Mini some day, I personally wouldn't be interested in the 18650 Mini extension should I get one since I already have the full size one.

For someone who doesn't have Provari yet but thinking of purchasing one, the idea of getting the Mini with the 18650 extender might be a viable, best-of-both-worlds option.

OH ok I get it now... No tubes because the Provari doesn't actually have a control head and tube design. I think the 18650 Extension cap would satisfy my need though. Thank you for the info! It's all very expensive still though. At the price they are charging you would think that extension tube would be included!

Many people say that. However, consider this.

Not everyone wants or needs the extension cap. The Provari's upfront cost is high enough as it is, so Provape offers the basic tube at a basic price so more people on a budget can afford one.

Should some buyers want some options, they will need to pay more. Extension cap will cost additional; Provape must manufacture these as a separate item which is an added cost to them.

The custom colors are outsourced to another company which Provape pays for, so the added cost is passed on to just those customers that want that.

The blue and green LED display costs Provape more to buy than the default red, so that cost is passed on to those customers that want that.

Provape will continue to provide repair service for a reasonable cost even after the warranty has expired; how many Chinese mod makers can say that?

Provape offers minimally blemished Provari's at a reduced cost in their clearance section.

So to my way of thinking, I think Provape has come up with a reasonable and pratical way to offer their basic Provari to a wider customer base.

I got a silver mini blem and I've been searching for the blem for a week and I still can't find it. I don't regret buying it at all, I just bought a blue blem, regular size, with extension cap. The mini is great, the size is just right for me but when I am going to be out and about for extended periods of time the regular will be handy.

Well I got my Provari a few days ago and I absolutely love it!. It feels so solid in your hand and everytime I push the button I get a consistent vaping experience. While I did like my Lavatube the difference is night and day. The only thing I have noticed I already have a little scuff on the screen has anyone else though of cutting a little screen protector for it? I feel like it may become unreadable
