Hehehe! I have an aunt that collects tea sets as well. She loves to go to estate sales & she's found a lot of really nice ones there. She has a ton of them too.

I started drinking tea to cut back on the coca cola & thankfully Dale helped me figure out what I needed to buy. Otherwise I would've been totally lost.

Yes. I think it helped a bit:)
It's not 100% better but between the bath & the meds it's certainly a noticeable improvement.

I bet your other sets are just as pretty. I remember the gold set you posted a pic of a while back. I really like that one too!

Back in the houses we've had in the past I would have had many more sets but this one is too small to have more than I do! Probably a good thing! DH bought me a coffee service for 2 that is way too nice too. Silly thing should be a tea pot, we'd use it then! He bought a set of China for 24 in a wheat harvest pattern when the boys were small, including water, wine and champagne glasses for 24... It was moved to the attic after one of the boys put a bowl in the microwave and the gold started sparkles. LOL! He knew I would like it because it matched my grandma's set. It's still at our house that the grandkids are living in. Hasn't been used since the microwave... Twas beautiful back when I had a built in wall of shelves to put it on. He does love old things, must be why he hangs on to me!

I'm glad it helped some to rest and soak for a bit. I'm thinking it's about time for a nap for me as well. Just finished a neb a bit ago and waiting for it to clear up a bit first. It has been nice being here today though!!!:)

Here is my next tea set... I've put it off for a year so I guess I'll not be buying it tomorrow but that is the link I have saved so I'm sure you can get a chuckle out of the food "choices" if you've a mind to! ;)
Lucinda Porcelain Tea Set hmm, I hope the link works anyway...
Oh my Bobbi ... it's the last one! :(
    Hey guys & gals! I'm back:wub:
I took a nice nap, read a couple chapters in my book & took a nice hot bubble bath for my back.

Bobbi I think you'll like the tea filters Dale is talking about. I use them myself when I make tea at work. I've never had any tea leafs come through them either. That would drive me nuts! Probably time to order more now that I think about it:unsure: I need to check my snack bag for work to see how many I have left. Thanks to MD I'm a tea addict:)
    Awww, hiya' hon ;)

If I'm gonna make someone an addict I can't think of anything less harmful

Its just where I was standing next to the boiler

Are you done for the day?
    I sure hope so.

I hope you're able to put them back on display when you all figure out where you're going to be at. I have a couple of pieces that my auntie gave me from her estate sale hauls. They aren't complete sets though but they're still pretty. I know I should use them but for now they're on display above the cabinets in my kitchen. The cabinets don't go to the ceiling so they sit up there really nicely.

It's been nice being able to chat with you for a while today. You are truly missed when you're away:)
I hope you have a good nap sweetie.

Yep! It's certainly less harmful than all of that cola.

What have you been up to while I was away?:?:

Oh, uh ... messin' around on ECF. Cleaning, laundry, changing Eternity coils, trying a new juice ... eating ... just stuff :)
Now I need to go do the night time thing

Guess the storm missed us today, the sun is shining now :)

I will be back after my nap, which I am putting off until I get rid of the jitters this new neb is giving me today! I want one but I know it won't work yet. Nice to feel good enough to be awake today. I've missed everyone here too...you couldn't tell by my back to back posts again and again today could you?

They sell clotted cream and vegimite too.

I've found I can get clotted cream at my health food store and a rather good lemon curd too. They also have the almond windmill shaped cookies grandma Carol used to buy from time to time. When I brought them out for a tea party for the girls, both of my DIL had fond memories of a relative that had served them in the past. Funny the things you find just out of the blue!:)

I live in the boonies :)
And I'm not driving down to Atlanta unless I have to.

I haven't been in a long while now. Ours is in Pueblo and I don't make special trips to go there. Usually once or twice a year when DH wants his brand of eccinechia or I want good coconut oil. Walmart started carrying coconut oil but I really like the brand from Pueblo better and can get a crisco sized can instead of the little ones from Walmart. They also have the best tea selection of any US store I've been in. DH can't go in, makes his allergies crazy to step in the door.
