had 4 of the kids 5 of the grand kids, talked about what memorial day is suppose to be about not just a 3 day weekend, fed them for a bout 5-6 hours then relaxed and enjoyed the peace and quiet for awhile...
My Memorial Day weekend was great! My friend from Boston flew across the country for a visit and I got to show her around LA. We went to a really cool art festival with live music and had a lot of fun. I only get to see her every few years, so it was a special Memorial Day weekend for me.
It was Wonderful.
We had family over for a BBQ and lots of pictures of the men that were/are in the family that serve/served our country.
My father is no longer with us but was one.
Someone made picture boards for each soldier that told a little about their service and pictures of them thru their tours.
It was very nice
It was an awesome Memorial Day weekend. Got to see friends and family, grill some meat, and even had some much needed rain. For me Memorial Day is always a day to keep things simple and remember what is important in my life. It causes me to hug my wife and daughters just a little closer. Hope everyone had a great weekend like I did.
I worked most of the weekend so it wasn't overly enjoyable. But luckily I had picked up my first mechanical on Friday and got to try out some sweet new builds in my free time. All in all, it was productive
Well we had steak and scalloped potatoes, played some video games, then I later while doing laundry came face to face with a black widow spider, seriously, within a few inches of having a spider on my nose..
It was a decent weekend, I spent most of it working but I did make a very good meal for my girlfriend and I on Sunday and we enjoyed it on my back deck with a nice vape afterwards and a piece of strawberry cheesecake.
Good but very hectic with 9 kids under the age of 10 at the house lol. Thank You To all of the fallen who died so that we may live free. Have a great week and everyone be safe.
Good weekend; had a visit from my brother and his wife, celebrated Pop's 77th birthday, and saw some great live music at the STL BluesWeek Festival. (Harp Attack!) Can't beat some live Blues. Oh, did I mention the Bar-B-Que?
Busy and productive weekend. Spent the majority doing promotion for my end of the month event/concert and planning out opening a hookah lounge / vape shop!
