Your last sentence pretty much sums it up. Currently, we are unable to break 5 packs of batteries as it would throw off our stock numbers tremendously. Also, we still haven't received our silver batteries just yet; however, I agree that it would be great to be able to purchase the colors of batteries that you want! This WILL be taken into consideration and we will work to see if there is a way that we can do this in an efficient manner without distorting our inventory numbers.

You can do it and here is how.
Instead of having 5 pks.. Make them 3 pks instead..
What I mean is a 3 pk of the Black, Silver and White in Manual..
Then you do the same but with the Auto's and the stock will still reflect what you have and won't go bonkers..
But the main thing is HAVING A 3 PACK.. NOT a 5 Pack..
Just the sets would be as 2.. Manual and Automatic..
This could be a good idea as well, but I imagine the price break might not be as sweet as the 5 pack.

I know if there were the option of choosing our colors with a 5 pack, I'd probably make it 1 White, 2 Black and 2 Silvers. I wish they had Platinum as well though.. but I can always order 1 of those from TW if need be.

Thanks for the reassurance, Ethan.Sorry for your problems, Whiskey. Got my Stick yesterday and I'M VERY IMPRESSED. It is much smaller than I had pictured(Which is good).Also,It came with an extra battery cap which has a little post and ring built on to it to attach to a chain or whatever.Makes it easier to turn than the flat top cap.I'm impressed with the vapor,also.I was worried about that,as I usually vape on a 5 volt, homemade passthru.I don't forsee this one showing up in the "for Sale" thread. Thanks again Janty for a neat product.I think I'm going to love it....Jim

I still think that it was wrong - did not make contact with me (my order "Pending" on store).
But your products are excellent !
Postage from Netherlands to Lithuania took 8 days. It is not big period of time for me. I will change my mind on shopping with Janty in the future if You agree with me and take attention to the this fact: client must be informed about each procedure step of purchase.

Says eGo sets are available for immediate shipping, same with atomizers. But when I try to order, it says they are not available. Been trying for several days now. I'm near Dallas, can I just come by and buy a bunch of stuff????

We're actually not set up for retail sales and do all of our transactions online as it also keeps our inventory accurate. The front page notes that Automatic version eGo sets are available as well as TAWA atomizers. This is accurate. We don't have Manual eGo sets or regular dura atomizers, but do have Auto eGo sets and TAWA atomizers. I apologize for any confusion.

My bad, I must not have read it as thoroughly as I thought! :) I prefer manuals, so I'll try to be patient. By the way, is there a big difference in the TAWA atomizers besides the warranty? I looove the warranty, and so I'd rather go that route once they are in stock, but spares are always good, and the price is right. I'm new to the 510 way of doing things (started on a KR8) and worried I'm going to screw something up, so if they are more 'delicate' or anything, I'd like to know.

First, Jimmy_2k9, Congratulations with your purchase on an ego. Too bad you chose the one that had 28 days warranty as opposed to the one that has 6 month FULL warranty.

Now, if i may ask you something?

Why do you come to a JANTY forum, and ask questions about how this thing works, or what you should choose when you are going to select a competitor? It seems odd. Oh wait, are they not answering you over at TW's forum?

Well from what i hear, get used to it. I do believe thats part of their customer "service".

Anyways, good luck with your clone, and have fun getting support on TWs forum - cause you are out of this forum; In case you wonder why, it is against forum rules to advertise or promote another reseller in someone elses forum, and it does seem to me like you might have come here to do just that in the first place.

I will ask a moderator to ban Jimmyzee, and Jimmy_2k9 - the others mentioned here will get a warning.

- notice: we do NOT mind people discussing things, and we really dont like to ban people. But when you buy a product that is not ours and you use our forum for support / OR if you advertise other resellers as (what you think) is a better/good way to get OUR products from = then its ban time. I hope thats understandable.

As for the rest of you here: You all know our policies, and our warranties. Yes you get one atomizer extra in the TW set, - but you also get 5 months less warranty on that AND your eGo. I think we clearly know who has the best deal and the best service anyways. If you want to discuss this, go ahead, but i will not tolerate anyone promoting another company in our forum - this is not because i or Janty is afraid of the "competition", we are not : After all, we invented the very product they are now buying from us, and sticking their logos on.

But, we here at Janty believe in following the rules - and the rules on this board are very clear - thats why you do NOT see Janty people on other peoples forums either as ourselves, or in disguise trying to sneak advertisements around - not only is that very lame, but it is beneath us to do so.

Just wanted to let you know why you guys might get a notice from an admin soon.

Happy vaping: But get your support where you bought your item. Thats part of what you pay for.

Mik, while I understand your approach, I dont think the posters you banned were intentionally trying to deter business from Janty. The OP was originally going to purchase from Janty and when Janty was out of stock other posters were trying to be helpful and point him in a direction to get one. I must have been mistaken, but I thought that all of the ego/tornado were made from Janty, therefor Janty would be reaping the benefits anyway, is this not the case? Either way I wouldnt be so fast to ban members as they are in your forums looking to buy your products, but you may have just turned away future customers.

While i do understand what you said, then its not exactly rocket science that Janty does not like people on the janty board going on about a purchase another place and linking to it.

And while Janty is rebranding the eGo, it does not mean we dont prefer people buying it from us: Thats the nature of competitive business. However that is not why we react like this, - this forum - ECF - has strict rules, and they broke them. Also, it makes no sense that he comes keeps on asking JANTY for support on an item he bought with someone else.

I mean, you dont buy a volkswagon and ask a Ferrari dealer questions about it.

The posters and those in the thread got banned for violating the rules several times - intentional or not, they broke the rules: and we follow the rules.

Or, look at it this way, why would be spending time supporting someone who bought an item at another store, under another name, when this takes time away from us helping the customers who supports _us_, by buying at jantyworld?

Thats why the forum is here - and thats why we enforce this ruleset strictly, otherwise we could be spending all our time answering other resellers/brands customers questions.

We have a very good customer service - we have that because we offer it to our customers, and focus on our customers fully, and we need to keep it that way!

As for the ban itself, if they want it lifted, or if they feel its unfair they can go to the moderator who banned them; But seeing as he did ban them, he agrees with our decision on it so.. again, back to ECF making the rules, - were just playing by them.

And for the whole "future customer" thing, if he cant wait till we are in stock, or atleast go buy it from another JANTY reseller (and not a rebrand) then he deserves to be stuck on another resellers forum to be honest. Thats just business!

- Had he bought a JANTY eGo, at some other store we would have been more than happy to support him.

I do think if you look around this forum that you will see we do take care of everyone, and we try to help - even when people step in the wrong directions, or worse, step on our toes, but declaring early on in a thread that you bought your device from a competitor (which they are no matter what = nature of business) and then going on to ask us about support, and linking to competitors.. thats just.. .... ... they brought it on themselves to be honest. ;)

Anyways, - long response, and now im off to bed.. just wanted to let you know that we dont ban left and right; actually we rarely ban people, we felt it was the correct decision to do this time, and we stand by it. But thanks for your input - but i kindly disagree with the thought behind your statement.
