While i do understand what you said, then its not exactly rocket science that Janty does not like people on the janty board going on about a purchase another place and linking to it.
And while Janty is rebranding the eGo, it does not mean we dont prefer people buying it from us: Thats the nature of competitive business. However that is not why we react like this, - this forum - ECF - has strict rules, and they broke them. Also, it makes no sense that he comes keeps on asking JANTY for support on an item he bought with someone else.
I mean, you dont buy a volkswagon and ask a Ferrari dealer questions about it.
The posters and those in the thread got banned for violating the rules several times - intentional or not, they broke the rules: and we follow the rules.
Or, look at it this way, why would be spending time supporting someone who bought an item at another store, under another name, when this takes time away from us helping the customers who supports _us_, by buying at jantyworld?
Thats why the forum is here - and thats why we enforce this ruleset strictly, otherwise we could be spending all our time answering other resellers/brands customers questions.
We have a very good customer service - we have that because we offer it to our customers, and focus on our customers fully, and we need to keep it that way!
As for the ban itself, if they want it lifted, or if they feel its unfair they can go to the moderator who banned them; But seeing as he did ban them, he agrees with our decision on it so.. again, back to ECF making the rules, - were just playing by them.
And for the whole "future customer" thing, if he cant wait till we are in stock, or atleast go buy it from another JANTY reseller (and not a rebrand) then he deserves to be stuck on another resellers forum to be honest. Thats just business!

I do think if you look around this forum that you will see we do take care of everyone, and we try to help - even when people step in the wrong directions, or worse, step on our toes, but declaring early on in a thread that you bought your device from a competitor (which they are no matter what = nature of business) and then going on to ask us about support, and linking to competitors.. thats just.. .... ... they brought it on themselves to be honest.
Anyways, - long response, and now im off to bed.. just wanted to let you know that we dont ban left and right; actually we rarely ban people, we felt it was the correct decision to do this time, and we stand by it. But thanks for your input - but i kindly disagree with the thought behind your statement.
