Yes, righty tighty lefy Lucy. I got it off and Now I'm plugged in and the light just blinks and blinks. You're supposed to be able to vape while charging right? My usb ports are all good. I just unplugged a VK out of the same usb port I have the Janty plugged into.
Does it take awhile or something? There were no instructions with this and I just got it in the mail a little while ago.

Yes, you should be able to vape & charge, no problem. I was up and running out of the box, so I'm not sure what's up with yours. Do you have another mini usb plug around, like for a camera or something? I'd try that, maybe you have a bum cord.
Oh, before I forget - is half of the bottom (next to the plug on the battery) glowing red? That would indicate you're getting power in.

There is no red, which I found out thanks to your wonderful pictures, btw (on your other review). I might have bum cord, but don't have another that matches this. My Kindle cord doesn't work.

Once I'm up and running I'm gonna love this thing, I can already tell by the way it feels in my hand and I've used these kinds of attys (not the same but similar in make-up) and I love the way they worked when dripping. So once I get straightened out it'll be a great device.

Had an atty go cold on me. Stopped making vapor and then sort of popped and fizzled. It's dead cold now. How does one go about redeeming their warranty while your website is down? Both of the atomizers I've gotten from you guys were purchased within the last 6 months, but the one that died is actually the more recently purchased of the two. I had tested this one on delivery to make sure it wasn't DOA, but it never saw much use since the atomizer i got with the original Ego starter kit was and is still going strong. Paint has also flaked off both of them, but i never saw that as any hindrance to their performance. Would like to get em exchanged. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

PS: I've had to exchange an eGo battery previously because the battery would stick but the one i received as replacement seems to have been threaded off center? The atty sticks out at a slight angle, which while not especially noticeable with the cone on, when i vape it without the cone, I'm scared the connectors are going to snap right off given any lateral pressure. Is this a normal occurrence?

If you are referring to the USB charger for the eGo itself, the light should go from Red (charging) to Green (charged). On the USB battery itself (and I hope I'm not confusing you here) the light goes from RED (Charging) to no light, which means that it's fully charged.
