I recently ordered an ego kit and 2 900 batts. One of them smelled funny so, I followed the smell to the end of one of the 900 batts. The end opposite the atty was lose so, I popped it off with a knife. This was where the smell was, like a chemical smell. I opened a help desk ticket and, Ethan was on it. I got the replacement 3 days after I sent the bad one! Plus he added a 10ml bottle of juice for my troubles!
In the same time period I ordered 10 juices from V4L. I was missing 5 juices when I received my order. I am still waiting for the correct juices to show. After being called a comlainer and a jipping hippie by their fanboy club, on their forum and, then V4L replying to them how they appreciate there support. It is needless to say, I will never be ordering from them in the future.
Ethan has made me a customer for life!

Etahn is awesome. I left a review in the suppliers section but I dont think he saw it. I go through atomizers like crazy and if it werent for Janty warrantied atomizer i'd have to buy a new one every 1-2 weeks. I already have 2 warrantied atomizers. Just placed an order for two more. That's $80 spent on 4 atomizers but I like the warranty so much that it's worth it to me. Plus Ethan does a good job I think he's getting tired of hearing my emails every 1-2 weeks saying how an atomizer died but he always keeps his cool.

Thanks Ethan.

my first eGo up and died. She gave me the best hours of her life, 8 hrs a day, every day of the week, for 8 months. I'll miss that little bugger. She was a special edition too. Her sister hangs around, but she started quitting on me a few months ago. I almost sent her back in for replacement, but decided to keep her because, well, she too is a special edition. I'll set them both inside a shadowbox and display them proudly on my wall. RIP little wonders.

Hey all,
I just listed some more Ry4, Ry4 X, Mespic spicata (Spearmint) and Red Bull on the site, we are expecting some more liquids tomorrow I believe. I will post them as soon as I can and let you all know what flavors they are....Rumor has it that there will be some Coffee and Grape as well...2 flavors we haven't had in some time!

Ethan :)

Do these work with a 501 (or 901) to 808 adapter ring to use the HR KR808 carts?

Also, do the Janty sticks that are sold on distributor sites (previous version to the one v3's on your site but of course, sold new in kit) have any type of back up directly from your company. (ie: button adjustments/replacement or installation of buttons). If not, do you refer to a specific modder in the event a unit needs tweaking? - even at fee-I wouldn't be able to do that sort of thing myself and doesn't look the replacement shells would fit (not sure if the button would fit a different Janty not that I could do that myself, either.)

Would rather have an e-GO but also concerned about the warranty starting from purchase date. What if I don't get either Janty in 10 days and it's DOA or just needs a minor tweak?

What is Janty's policy on any of these? Personal recommendations when purchasing?

I think the eGo is the cat's meow. And that's an understatement. Soon after I started vaping I chose to buy a Janty Stick and have never been sorry. It's been over a year now and I still use it! So with those two ecigs I'm very happy.

But....I'd love to see Janty make an ecig with a non-proprietary battery. I say that because I have a lot of confidence in the ability of Janty to make a superior ecig, just look at the high success of the eGo! Anyhow, will Janty ever make us a nice, maybe 5 volt or so Mod with a non-proprietary battery? Could Janty come up with a mechanical Mod like that? Has Janty got anything new in the works for us to look forward to?

Hi,
Sorry to make my first post here about a problem, but I'm not able to get the end off the battery so that I can plug in the usb cord and charge it. It's on so tight, I can't pull it off, it won't screw off. boo hoo.. I'm within inches of trying my new toy and can't. LOL

Anyway, it's probably just me, but some help would be appreciated.

TIA

I got the black one and it is very nice looking!
