Credit to Ludo and his design team. All previous issues seem to have been addressed. I got it in the mail monday, and was changing the atomizer to a different flavor and happened to notice something black in the atomizer chamber. After closer inspection it was like black rubber sealing off the chamber. So I took off the cover to get a better look, thats when I noticed the white circuit board and new wiring. There is a hard solder from the battery base plate to the circuit board, and shorter leads off the atomizer. The switch also has a different feel to it, it seems more clicky ( if that makes sense). Also was a lot harder to get apart than the V1.
All in all it looks as if all the design flaws with the V1 have been addressed

I'm a loyal customer because Ludo and Jeff (and now Ethan) have always done right by me.

I emailed them today to let them know my atomizer broke off inside my JantyStick. Being a total techno-phobe, I had no idea how to fix it on my own but was willing to try if given some instructions.

Ludo promptly informed me a replacement body would be sent, but said I was welcome to try to fix it if I wished. He then provided instructions on how to open the case. (Duh-uh to most of you, I'm sure, but I was very nervous.)

I managed to fix it in about 30 seconds and no need for any replacement. However, it was nice to know that Ludo would take the time to give me instructions on how to fix it IF I WANTED TO, and if I didn't, no hassle--a replacement would be sent.

Similar situation awhile back when I had to exchange some items under warranty. No hassle. No difficulty. Ethan simply took care of it.

Gotta love those guys.
Ya, try ordering a Dura-C a month ago, you'd change ur mind, worst e-cig company out there! They have ignored quit a few customers.

It seems time for Janty to make an appearance here and give a status on V2 shipments. There seems to be no correlation between order number and shipping notices.

I received an email within a few hours from Ethan today regarding a bad atomizer and 4 forgotten batteries from an order. I was assured they would be shipped tomorrow. So at least Janty is responding to email. An explanation for the selective order shipping would go far in customer satisfaction. Or perhaps Janty does not want or value my business.:(
