keep mailing and be sure to place your order number in the e-mails subject line.

i had slow email conversations too, but they will answer. most of the time on weekends late night from my experience. that somehow shows me that they are hard working getting
shipments out during normal workhours.

maybe Janty should stock up on employee ;)

Hmm that's really strange.
I got my shipping confirmation on 7/7/09 at like 2:00PM.
I did order like 2 weeks ago though (Janty Stick V2), so I've been waiting a while.

My order #5501 was placed on the 27th of June. Order #5555 was placed on the 28th. So...54 orders seperate my numbers in a 24 hour period. I have not received notification for either of my V2s despite the fact that my credit cards have been charged which indicates that there were no errors via paypal. Janty got paid. People with higher numbers have been notified their orders have shipped....I'm beginning to feel that Janty is just not that in to me!:D:rolleyes::(

I've posted all over this site about not receiving an email shipping notice for two V2 orders. What came in my mail today???? Both of my V2s plus extra packs of carts. I guess Janty likes my business after all and my posts regarding the lack of shipping notices was much ado about nothing. This Jantyholic jumped to conclusions. I'll try to manage my needs with a little patience. Thanks Janty!

As many of us have said, no shipping notice doesn't necessarily mean that it hasn't shipped.

I'm glad you're happy and even gladder that we won't be seeing any more posts about how Janty skipped your order. Well, I'm kidding . . . kind of. :) I know how hard it is to wait for a new toy. ;)

I'm puffing my V2 now and visually the outside is the same as the V1. The manual button is the same but actually clicks when engaged. When I initially engaged the switch I heard a loud pop with the famiar crackle. Occurred once and is gone now. The battery closure has a deeper fissure that can be used with a common tip slotted screwdriver, pocket knife, key, or a myriad of other objects. The draw appears to be the same (thank goodness).:thumb: Smoke does not escape from the usb port or the bottom of the V2 so the body appears to be sealed. On a side note...I leave the plastic covering on the switch which I believe has prolonged the life of the button on my V1. I'm a happy jantyholic...puffing away. Ahhhhh!:D

Julie, when you're right...you're right. Now you have to put up with a myriad of apologetic and fangirl posts! 8-o I hope you'll be patient with me.

Yup, when I'm right, I'm right . . . except for when I'm wrong (and that does happen on rare occasion, but don't tell my husband because I've convinced him that I'm always right). ;)

No worries . . . next time someone frantically posts about not receiving a shipping notice, it'll be YOUR turn to tell them that no shipping notice does not necessarily mean it hasn't shipped. :D

A mission I will gladly accept but I hope I don't come across anyone as adamant as myself!8-o

Hello everyone, I have been a long time lurker and vaping for about 3 months. I bought a V1 when the first came out and loved it, had a couple of issues so I decided to buy a V2. My V2 arrived this afternoon and switched to it as soon as it came. I put in my favorite broken in atty and a fully charged battery and the draw is very hard compared to my V1. I even put my V1 back together with the same atty to see if maybe it had gone bad. Light as air on my V1 and thick as a milkshake on my V2. Just wondering if anyone else that has received their V2 has had a similar experience.

Just a note, we send an email with every single order we ship. As many know, for some reason, most commonly spam filters, these emails never arrive to customer inboxes. Just something to think about it. I hear it every day. Once customers turn off their spam filter, or look in their spam folder, the problem is resolved. I don't know why they get caught as spam, but that's just the way these things work, if I didn't answer every email in my inbox that was marked spam, about 25% of our customers would never receive any feedback.
