Well, like Bones, my V1 switch is starting to flake out; 2-3 times a day I press down and nothing. Have to wiggle my finger or repress to get 'er going. Mine lasted about 2 weeks before this started.

So, I emailed Ethan asking if I needed to wait for total failure or if he had an alternate approach to my problem. WOW!!! Next email back was V2 body replacement in the mail and on its way - send the problem puppy back once V2 is received. I feel like I'm dealing with a family member. They are hands down THE example of total customer support and service. Ethan is super-human - only way he could possibly be this on top of stuff - Thanks again Ethan!!!

Own 2 v1's (Awesome)

Awaiting arrival of my v2 (hopefully tomorrow)........and fully expect it will be every bit as spectacular.

Oh it will.
From all the reviews and videos I've seen on the V1, and now first hand experiencing my V2, I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
I was just a noob at first and couldn't get my atomizer to work, I guess with the sticks you gotta tighten them just a tad more than you think you should.

Hey Drema thanks for your reply. I feel kind of *blanked* without the benefit of the finale...at great expense to my wallet. I guess I didn't make the VIP list despite my frequent purchases.

I can understand how you feel, I went through this for almost 2 months. It would of been ok if they posted soemthing on the order, but in the months, I played hell getting anyone to answer me. I cant believe a customer that frequently purchases from Janty would be given the "blow off" I know what your going through and I wish you luck on your order:thumb:

I'm wondering how the "new" website is coming, I haven't ordered for awhile, but will the new one make it easier for Janty to keep track of orders/payments, returns, etc. Just wondering. I got a three-second peek at the new one, till I clicked on something, then it all went away!! Looked very nice....is it still in the works??
