Just a note, we send an email with every single order we ship. As many know, for some reason, most commonly spam filters, these emails never arrive to customer inboxes. Just something to think about it. I hear it every day. Once customers turn off their spam filter, or look in their spam folder, the problem is resolved. I don't know why they get caught as spam, but that's just the way these things work, if I didn't answer every email in my inbox that was marked spam, about 25% of our customers would never receive any feedback.

Well i'm new to the whole e cig thing, and i wanted to start off with a janty stick v2. So i placed an order and it says processing, but i never entered any payment, i clicked pay with paypal.. and didn't have to type in no credit card numbers, so... thx guys, big help. Nice forum here too, never made an account until now, but i sure read about pretty much every e cig there is, lol.
I think the longest it's taken me to receive an email is about an hour, but I think I have heard folks grumble about it sometimes taking longer.
If you haven't received it within a few hours of placing the order, just contact Ethan with your order number, and he'll help you.
I'm hoping that this type of convuluted payment setup is going to get fixed with the new website.![]()
