Just a note, we send an email with every single order we ship. As many know, for some reason, most commonly spam filters, these emails never arrive to customer inboxes. Just something to think about it. I hear it every day. Once customers turn off their spam filter, or look in their spam folder, the problem is resolved. I don't know why they get caught as spam, but that's just the way these things work, if I didn't answer every email in my inbox that was marked spam, about 25% of our customers would never receive any feedback.

I am ever thankful for your efforts and friendly help. I can appreciate your frustration with customer complaints. Unfortunately, there may be a problem with your email notification system regarding shipments. As you know, I have made numerous purchases in June and received 3 shipping notices for 3 different purchases of various supplies. I did not receive a notice for either of my 2 seperate orders of the V2. Nothing in spam and all other notices made it thru...even your email help with my problems. I use McAfee's spam filter which allows me to authorize senders and has yet to "catch' any missive from Janty.

If the problem was simply the spam program, the filtering would be consistent and not intermittent in blocking emails. Perhaps requesting a read receipt for the shipping notices would aid in identifying if your clients are receiving their messages and avoid confusion. In my humble opinion based on experience the hit or miss nature of email notices of shipping for purchases via the internet is not the way things should work. Since there are bugs in every system or software the possibility exists that errors may lie with the sender's program.

Further, numerous clients on this forum have stated their spam folder was empty of Janty missives and/or received a shipping notice the very day their purchases were delivered, sometimes within hours. The latter indicates a delay of at least a day or two in communication because shipping takes at least 2 days, sometimes more. I understand that a small business with few employees who are busy boxing orders may have difficulty getting notifications out. The missive becomes secondary to the mission. But the communication problem could possibly alienate the clients you endeavor to serve.

One final note regarding internet shopping... I"ve always liked the courtesy extended via notice of shipped products from Janty, I just wish it was more consistent. :D Thank you for your time in reading this wordy response. :thumb:

Well i'm new to the whole e cig thing, and i wanted to start off with a janty stick v2. So i placed an order and it says processing, but i never entered any payment, i clicked pay with paypal.. and didn't have to type in no credit card numbers, so... I"m very much confused at the moment. just wondering if anyone can help? ^.^

Hi Gr3g and welcome to the world of vaping.
It has been my experience that when ordering from Janty, your order will almost always say "processing'. Even once the order is complete. I thought that was supposed to change with the updated website, but maybe it got missed.
My advice is to drop Ethan a PM (Private Message) and square things with him. His screen name is "Janty Mod".
Hope this helps!

I'm not sure if it's changed in the past few weeks, but the way you pay has traditionally been per instructions given in an email you receive after you've placed the order. The email tells you to send $xx via PayPal and gives you the appropriate address.

The email has a nasty tendency to get snagged by spam filters, so check your spam folder to see if the Janty email is in there.

And if that doesn't work, definitely contact Ethan via PM.

When you place your order, you will then get a confirmation email from janty. Within that email are the instruction on how to pay for the order. You log on to paypal and use the "send money" function to pay.

It is essential that you put only your order # in the subject box of the send money message that paypal sends to Janty.

thanks, havn't gotten an email yet, does it usually take a few hours?

I think the longest it's taken me to receive an email is about an hour, but I think I have heard folks grumble about it sometimes taking longer.

If you haven't received it within a few hours of placing the order, just contact Ethan with your order number, and he'll help you.

I'm hoping that this type of convuluted payment setup is going to get fixed with the new website.
