OK, so I switched attys from the Janty to one of mÝ BE112 spares.. (This is day 4 of vaping for me FYI)...

And after topping off a cart with Hvy Cigar / Shag from Janty I get a bit of flavor.... Then drop a few more in the cart (Yes I'm driving right now so all this takes a bit of time... :) )...

And then I'm back to that tasty flavor again for about 10 puffs...

Then it goes away again...

If I keep dragging till the 11 second cut-off mark I get that nasty buring throat feel (front / top of throat) and I'm almost 100% confident it's NOT supposed to taste that way!!!

On taste, I'm beginning to think that we're just dealing with a wide range of people who simply for one reason or another (smoking tobacco perhaps being primary) have as wide of a range of tasting abilities.

The 510 can run hot (if you let it) and I think that destroys taste for some and enhances it for others. I still get the same taste with the cooler vapor of the JS as I do with the 510. And I'm thinking that may change for the better or worse the longer I go without tobacco.

There is also a genetic factor in taste - remember the old litmus test in high school biology/chemistry? Some find it bitter, some not. If you can isolate the hardware to the point it is the constant, then the variable is in the taste buds.

Excuse me?

Janty is the original developer/manufacturer of the DURA-C model also copied in OEM as 510 and now even copied (a very bad copy) by some ruthless Chinese company.

You will see a lot of complaints soon about the bad copy because it is being presented as 510, but it isn't.

we are not resellers, pls do some research before posting. tx!

I'm only passing on the info I've read elsewhere and I've been reading all this stuff for months. I had no idea you were the manufacturer, had always heard that titan/510/dura-c/yeti were all the same. No offense was meant, but this same info is found all over this forum.

Feeling foolish now, I went to the Janty website, and even there it doesn't specifically or clearly say Janty manufactures the Dura-c. I'm not arguing the fact that you do, I'm just saying, if it's not clear to me from reading your site, how is it clear to anyone?

I hear good things about your products, and your warranty. I certainly have nothing against Janty or any other supplier here. Just please know that what you ask me to research first is an awful lot of misinformation, and unclear information.

I would highly suggest Janty focus on getting a shopping cart that works more efficiently to avoid these delays.

Totally Wicked uses Paypal and they have figured it out. Can't Janty do the same?

I agree ive ordered from many e-cig and e-juice suppliers and they all had a much more efficient use of paypal. i was actually a lil confused the first time i ordered throu janty, i thought that the site had accidently skipped a page or something.

anywho the current system does indeed work but your "alarming trends" are only going to get much worse as your company begins to scale. especialy considering that not all janty customers come here first or even if they do, not many will actually read the stickys in this particular subforum.

i hope that this is a fixed problem in the new site .... the new site that crashed is coming back right??
