I hear that!!!! Pre-ordered my LE manual what seems an age ago now, no word on it at all, I wouldn`t mind if I was updated by email instead of having to frantically searching forum posts for updates :(

I Am Waiting For My Pre-Ordered LE Manual Janty Stick As Well. I Also Ordered The Standard One For A Spare, But I Guess Its The Other Way Now.

But I Can Say It Will Definitely Worth The Wait For The Janty LE Sticks To Arrive! :D

I Think They Said There Shipping End Of This Week!

Someone Also Said All The LE JS Buyers Get A $25.00 Janty Credit To Use On Their Next Purchase...

OMG, I am still shaking! Am SOOOO pleased, although the draw is a little "airier" than my reg801, but from the first draw--GOOD TASTE. Did someone pre-prime the atty?? I enclose it in my hand, cuts down on that "airy"-ness.
Wow, with every draw, more and more vapor, this thing absolutely sings to me!
AND: I got a THANKS handwritten on a Janty card signed ETHAN! Collector's item??
Absolutely fabulous, I put the holder inside my pocket with the clip facing outward, don't want it scuffed! My JC "tobacco" tasted BETTER! Going to try the Tennessee Cured when it gets here. THE STICK IS THUMBS UP!!:thumb: BY THE WAY, mine is an AUTO, just in case someone else opted out of MANUAL, me too! I won't say the WAIT was worth it, but the GETTING IT SURE WAS!! It nearly drove me over the edge waiting for my order to come through, and I am not kidding. You should see the pile of chargers and batteries I have cleared from my kitchen shelf, left with a tiny little blue battery and a tiny little cigar charger.
SWEET!

I have had the NJOY pen style since Nov.'08 and have had nothing by problems with it. Back and forth w/them on batteries and atty's.

Janty was recommended. Looking at the site and watching videos, I can't decide which to get. The Manual Dura C or the Jantystick. And the site doesn't show if the Stick comes in a kit and the price. I can't find a contact way to ask them. Do I have to buy the JantyStick asscessories all seperate?

I don't understand why they come with 1 x separate exchangeable "Manual" Switch and 1 x seperate exchangeable "Automatic" Switch. ??? I would want to have both Manual to control the amount of vapor. If I am correct, the Dura C has batteries that keep the juice from leaking in. I think that is why I've had so many problems with my batteries now. The juice is going in them and ruining them.

I like the idea of the stick and if I am correct, it is all manual. Right? And I like the fact it can be concealed in the palm of your hand. And

Is there anyone who's used both and which one do you prefer or you feel is better? Pro's/con's?

I am totally new to Janty products and want an e-cig that is not going to break down on me like these stupid NJOYS have.

I hope I've been clear here and would welcome and appreciate GREATLY and helpful advise. Thanks friends!

Just received the 2 Yeti 510's.
Ordered from Fresh Smokes late last thurs night, along with 3 bottles of niquid.
Vanilla Capucinno, & Camel.

am surprised at the speed that it arrived from across the country.
Good work.
Plugged in my 1st battery about 2 hours ago now.
It says to charge initially for 8 hours, so will leave my impressions of the experience
in a bit.
The cartridges came filled with Marlboro flavor.. Essentially no flavor lol so I'll keep this in mind as well.

Again thanks everyone for the help

:)
So I will keept

oops wrong board, my apologies.
This is what happens when you use search terms instead of going directly
to the right forum

I'd appreciate it if someone could explain the "exchangeable" bit.

Yes.

As far as I know, you can buy the Stick in either the manual version, which has a switch, or the auto. The manual version is sealed inside (don't tell Dumwaldo I said that) to make it drip-friendly. Dripping is not recommended for the auto.

I hope I've been clear here
Not entirely ;) But I am new to Janty too, and I've never met up with NJoy. I have the manual Stick, you will see that most people think it's the bee's knees :) and I reckon it's very neat (I mean literally neat, not slang neat) but do some reading on ECF for a day or two to make sure it fits your needs.

What site are you looking at that doesn't have prices etc?

I hope that's cleared up a couple of your queries anyway :)

Being a klutz has given me a big advantage over all of you folks who have gotten your stick! I stupidly sent my payment to the old Janty email (or just misspelled it) and never noticed that my paypal account had marked the transaction incomplete.

So I've been waiting for a phantom!

The thing has been rectified and the Janty folks have placed my order at the top of the pile, since I ordered so early.

See my advantage? Yes, you who have the sticks are enjoying them, but I STILL HAVE IT TO LOOK FORWARD TO! Ain't it great?

Now how's that for delusional optimization?

Yes, thank you! Some or most. You do not want to meet up with NJOY. At first I thought they were the cat's meow. Now, 6 mos. later, boo! nothing but trouble.

The site is Janty USA

My hope was that I could use my still working atty's with it. Some call the model DSE901 and then 801. I guess it depends on the supplier or Brand.

And wondering which would be better. The Manual Dura C or the Stick.

Thank you. Anyone else that can help me here. Maybe a site I can go to that gives me prices and whether I can buy the Stick in a starter kit?:(

Sort of delusional, but you do what you have to do to keep sane, or at least level hysteria! I got mine today, have dried out three carts so far, I'm a little buzzy! You're right, the wait was horrid but I don't have much of a life so what do I know!
It's the GETTING HERE that was really sweet!

Where did you finally order from. I go to the Janty USA site and get no where. I click and it says it's not available. I am assuming I am going to the wrong place. Help!

I remember seeing a "shipment coming" notice somewhere. What, you mean you can't PRE-BUY, anymore??? I never will do that again, it was painful to wait so long. But sure glad, it got here today. I just checked Janty's site, did you scroll way down to "add to cart"? I did that, and didn't see any notice, but didn't want to order another right now so stopped there. Maybe check it out, Good luck!

Take care, they are two entirely different models. The 901 (the "Mini" is its familiar name) is a much smaller atomiser than the 801, which belongs to the "penstyle/Classic" family, they're much larger. The 901 would not currently fit the Stick or the Dura-C.

Chief Druid loves his Dura-C, I was torn myself whether to get that or the Stick.

That's me all "advised out" except to say that Janty might not have all prices/info because they're not in stock, but I'm sure you could contact them.

I'm finding more out as I investigate. No you can't with the auto. I just want to order one of these things.

Busted me up about Dumwaldo. LMAO. Learned some time ago, don't tell Dumaldo anything. Shhhhh. I don't want him to come around. Sometimes I think he has antennas when his name is said and his username fits him to a T. Sorry, I have had a couple Dumwaldo run ins.

I do have the atty that will work. It is the classic penstyle. So you bought the stick. And you like it? How long have you been using it?

Thanks for your help. I won't Bug, ha ha, you anymore.

Thanks Kate51. I found that two times and both were wrong. They don't have any sticks in yet. I just wish I could find a way to be notified when they do. I am leaving CA June 9th to TX for the summer and need to know where to have it shipped. It will work out in the wash. Thanks again.

I'm finding the Stick a little difficult to handle with my frail fingers (but note, a couple of fellas have just come to life saying the same thing). However, there shouldn't really be much "handling" to do.

If you have summat to vape now and are not in a rush, I'd wait around for the dust to settle after the introduction of the Stick. Spend some more time in the US Janty forum (and iVapour in the UK forum, they handled the UK sales) looking at what people have to say.

Scylla, the Janty Stick would be a bit of a problem....I have Arthritis in my fingers, it's perplexing, and I just had to change my battery ~ ONLY LASTED SIX HOURS ~ but had a hard time starting the cover back on, it wanted to cross thread a few times....Finally went ok.
Also, It is a bit of practice to put the atomizer in far enough, you might think it's tight but needs another turn, I found out it didn't vape very well until I gave it some more leverage. But you shouldn't have to change that as often. I finally got it now I think. So you're not without help, that's great! I'm loving this thing!

Here's are some random notes after a couple days with the JS, including my take on the 510 vs JS. Hopefully there will be helpful info in this.

Took it to work with me and walked it around so my pv buddies could see it in person and try it out (they all have pens as one of their pv's at work, most with passthrus). It was interesting, because they all commented on the same thing that I did in a previous post, that it was smaller than they thought it would be, even after watching a bunch of video reviews. All of these guys have pen styles (and others) from different suppliers (MVG, NJoy, KB, etc). They all tried out their atomizers with the stick. The Njoy was the tightest fit, cause it has a ridge at the bottom, but once you got it started with a twist, it went on in. No cracking, no sore fingers. Also, once the njoy went in, the other attys went in easier. The guy with the KB said that the draw was alot lighter on the JS. The njoys attys produced alot more vapor with the JS (it was interesting to watch the same atty go back and forth between the two). I think all of them are gonna buy one (Ludo, do I at least get a free atty or something for marketing???:D)

I also had my 510 (actually a couple of them) at work. We all know that the cart size and battery life is better on the JS. Here's my take on the differences between vapor from the two. I can't talk to throat hit, cause I had different juices in them (both VG mixes). The JS produces huge amounts of light, cool vapor. There was tons of it, but it still gave the feel of being very smooth and light. The 510 produces a hotter, denser vapor. Not more, just thicker feeling to me(maybe because of it being warmer). I think the flavor carries better in the 510 because of the density. Bottom line is, the JS and 510 are very different, but I love both of them, and at this point, wouldn't give either up. I would recommend either to a sibling...and I did.I bought 2 JS and have a whole drawer full of 510's. I'm meeting up with my brother with a 510 kit and a JS, so he can try both out and figure out which he wants to start out vaping with. It doesn't matter to me, cause I'll keep whichever one he doesn't want.

Hope this helps
-Kathy
