Public TV fans will get it:

Picture Brian Blessed (as Augustus Caesar) yelling at the top of his voice -
"Quinctilius Varus, WHERE ARE MY JANTYS?"

Gotta stop these limericks. Kendra, its all your fault!

Folks here are speaking in glowing terms about the JS, and I suppose I'll see, I have a couple on order since may 20. I like the form factor. I don't see, though, how it could be any better than an ordinary 801 with a USB passthrough- It's just a different way of laying out the battery. Handy? Yah.. Cool? Yah. Since the atomizer is an 801, I don't see how it would "drain the carts" any differently than any other power supply.

I don't have a first hand experience, I just am a bit incredulous at the glow- I suppose I'll see. Seems though, the J-Stick is just a batt for an 801 atomizer.
Steve

I think the better cart draining might be from a more consistent battery drop off? I find the form factor of the JS superior to a penstyle in every way. Plus, the batteries are less expensive.

Careful with the "almost any penstyle atomizer will fit" thing though. My Puresmoker and RuyanDirect's don't fit. So far, from what I've heard, only the standard Janty KB atomizers and the Be112's fit without having to force it in/sand the atomizer down.

Hello to everybody, this is my second post so bare with me.
I'm sorry i posted in this thread but i couldn't create a new one since i'm a new member.
I started vaping 1 month ago with the Janty Mini Fogger. What i liked about this model (i understood it's joye306) was its size, aesthetics and vapor production. What i dislike about it were the small carts, small battery life (about 2hrs) and inconsistency draws. I hate going somewhere with 3 batteries and 10 carts all the time so i decided to get a device that's low maintenance.
What i look in an electronic cigarette is: good throat hit, long battery life, long cartridge life, and smoke consistency. I've read this forum over and over again but i didn't find a definite answer to my dilemma: Janty Stick or Joye510. Which has bigger carts? Which has better throat hit?
Thank you.

I just got my JS yesterday, so I'm still playing with it. Before that, I had standardized on the 306 and 510 manual.

The 510 would be a good choice for you, because it's interchangeable (batteries/passthru) with the 306. It has MUCH bigger carts than the 306, but it runs hot, so it does go thru juice rather quickly.

Got the JS because they're coming out with a 510 adapter for it, and I can use it with standard 801 gear also. Haven't used enough to give you a solid review, but the 801 carts are bigger than the 510. It runs cooler. Expecting 801 cart life to majorly outperform 510. Vapor on mine right now is about the same as the 510, but I'm still in 'break in' mode (and I'm using a no nic stuff your own cart for breakin). From what I've read, I'm expecting vapor to improve.

I can talk to the human factors part of the JS. I love the form factor and design of it. It's not nearly as clunky as I was expecting. Can open and close the battery lid with my fingernail, so no biggie. And as someone else mentioned, its almost worth buying just for the case. The 'carry factor' is the best of any device out there.

So my advice would be to get a 510 kit (manual only- no automatic batteries) AND a JS:D

Janty Stick, No comparison, Very long battery hours 7-8 hours, Manual switch( get the manual) carts are 801 long lasting than any others 901, Dura, Joye510 etc., loads of vapor, great throat hit, you do not have to take out the battery to charge, plus a lot more.
The Stick Rock's, See my review, May be the Best on the market right now.

I posted earlier that I was able to empty my cart. I just wanted to update.

I think that the fact that I was able to empty my cart may be partially attributed to the fact that I was using a new atty. I'm not able to get more than 1/2 way through a cart without getting a burnt taste.

This isn't a knock against the JS, the utilization is still better than my other PV's.

I'm curious to know how others are doing with the carts.

I fill my carts with a syringe using a blunt needle, they last a lot longer than adding drops, or pulling out the wick, then adding drops and replacing the wick. And there was only one site I found that blunt needle on, so I ordered 3, plus some juice and vile's. Check it out. Juicy Liquids.

I have one of those blunt needles. I use it to measure the fluids when I mix.

I'll try your suggestion.

Bring the needle all the way down into the cart on one side of it and push in the liquid slow, you will be surprised on how much juice gets in it, then top off a little.

I will be interested to try this with an 801 cart. They seem absolutely monsterous compared to my 901's
