The book the phone comes with might say. I believe my wife also has this type of phone, it can charge there or down/up-load to a computer though it also..
I tried to order some atomizers for the JS and the web-site says out of stock...will Janty be getting some in soon?

Yeah, we will be getting some more atomizers in. Also, we do have some TAWA (throw away) atomizers available that are the same; however, they do not come with a warranty and thus are less expensive.
As far as the email goes, have you checked your spam folder?

Evidently a computer glitch, not me of course....OK my whoops, an operator error did not finalize my order....so I tried it again. Low and behold I received an email with order #6914 and payment has been sent. Thank you for the speedy reply and your patience-Ruth Ann

You mean you don't enjoy our harrassing and annoying posts and e-mails begging for constant updates?
I do not seem to have that problem, nothing is leaking or comming loose, it just act kinda weard and no vapor.
I sent janty a warranty request, hope they got it.
last night mine started acting up. I just put a freshly charged battery in, took a hit and nothing. took another hit and noticed that the blue led came on and then it just faded out. I figured I should give it a rest (still infatuated with my stick, can't seem to put it down!) tried again and was fine for a while and the issue started up again. I'm hoping it is just the battery reaching the end of its useful life. I put a different battery in and we shall see.
Juice can cause all these problems.
Sometimes a good clean and internal dry out can resolve the problems.
Juice, running down the atomizer sides causes the circuit to remain incomplete, and can cause many of the problems you guys are listing here.
If you can flick the front cover off with your finger nail, then thats the best way of drying everything up inside.
Then dry up the atomizer sides, and clean the inside with a Q tip.
Clean all areas with a Q tip, and put everything back in place.
Make sure the atomizer is well connected... fill your cart, add two drops to the atomizer, and if it isnt good to go, after that kind of service, then contact Janty as the switch may be faulty.

I use the TAWA atomizers, with no problem at all. I personally prefer to use the Titanium one, as its easier due to the shinier surface to get in and out of the stick.

i will just send it back to janty rather than void my warranty.
only trouble is, these ultrafire 10440 are not holding 500/600mah, in fact they are rather lousy compared to jantys own.
this sounds like what's happened to me too... was using another 801 atty, not the janty that came with the kit and noted some leakage into the atty hole. no problems until yesterday. blue light comes on and will get a good hit once or twice and then nothing. tried cleaning with Qtip, but didn't help. so maybe the juice has damaged the switch?
just seeking confirmation. will try removing the cover. disappointed because the stick has become my favorite and hasn't left my side for 2 weeks!

May I ask where you have purchased the "concoction" with VG and tobacco absolute and ethyl maltol? Is it something Home brewed? I'm going to switch to VG but hate to give up the Janty flavors. Unfortunately, they do a number on my throat.

in reality (if you read comments and reviews on these) they are marked 500 but are only 360...still good enough for me at $2.00 each

Ok, first I owe Janty USA a huge apology, my Janty stick arrived on Saturday. I have a small mailbox and the mailman placed it next to my basement door. My husband found the package this morning when looking for a tool. Shipping was so fast I wasn't expecting it til monday or tuesday so I never even looked for it. I ordered thursday morning and had it saturday, you can't beat that. So Ethan sorry for being a nervous nelly. Now to tell you that I love it would be grossly understated. It is my new best friend and shall never leave my side. My BE 112 left me feeling empty and not satisfied when using it. The Janty stick knocked my block off. 3 hits with the ry4 high cart and I have the feeling I just smoked an analog. I am in love and will be placing an order for another as soon as I can afford it. At this point I do not see the need to own anything else. Thank you for making a great product!
